amazing
Pros: The handling ability on the road.
Cons: lack of space
I received my z4 for my 50th anniversary from a fantastic husband, who thought his wife needed a little red car. I have thoroughly enjoyed the car, some time I wish for a little more space, but the sporty look makes up for it. It is a great car for this grannie!Pros: Sport Feature/Looks
Cons: Cup Holder.
Advice: Just take it for a ride. It sells itself. As for the exterior, it's very subjective. Either you like it or not.
This is one of the best sport car values on the market. In addition, it's just fun to drive. Responsive, powerful and has great looks. This is the first car that actually makes me look for reasons to go to the grocery store. A truly hot car and comfortable to drive.Pros: Appearance
Cons: The lack of even a tiny bit of space behind the seats
Advice: Test drive with and without the sport pkg
I fell for the coupe's looks, but the test drive showed it has a great engine and transmission. Also comes standard with a very good sound system, which you can actually use as the coupe is a bit quieter than the roadster. The materials used in the interior and the overall design are almost impossible to fault. The Z has a much cleaner and simpler instrument/control cluster than any of BMW's other cars. Only significant gripe is with way the run-flat tires feel on bumpy roads. The steering is very good, but falls short of the standard of my old 328i (1998). But then, so do most cars.Pros: Putting it into Sports Drive
Cons: Brake dust colleting on the wheels
Advice: Make sure you get the Sports Package and Ride Flat Tires
I have been driving fast cars since 1971. My first was a Dodge Charger (68-383). It was great since I lived in West Texas with plenty of highways and back roads. Its only flaw was taking corners. But, I joined the Army and was sent to Germany in 1979. I bought a 3.0 3-two barrel carb BMW Sports Coupe, it would beat a corvette in those days. Since then I have tried other spot cars. But, they just don't have that flair. Some are faster like the new GM Sky Red Liner - Looks compaired to other Roadsters, eh up to you :-) The RX 8 is also fast, the Camaro will blow past you. The Mercedez is well, a Merc a very classy car and well built. If you got the money go for it. But, I just love my Z4 - the 10 speaker Hardin-Kardmon serieo system. The way the front windshild is designed so the wind will not blow off your hat (over 80mph). You sit back with outstanding sound - low wind - quick responce - and SMOOTH ride. This car is just SWEET, outstanding BMW quality.Pros: Engine perfect for the car!
Cons: Nothing
Advice: Buy it! It's worth every penny! Very sought after car!
Amazing! Very responsive! Fast and sexy! Seats can be uncomfortable on a long drive but great for 100 or less mile drives!Pros: Body Shape
Cons: None
Advice: If you see any Z3 coupe...don't think about it, just grab it. 2002 models are the last one. In my opinion, it will be a collector's item.
From a woman's point of view...This luxury sports coupe is powerful, smooth and sexy. Although my husband and I didn't buy the Z3 for the 225-horsepower, six cylinder, 3.0 liter engine, and all of many additional surprising features...we bought this car because of the way it looks. It has it's own character...It's odd, but beautiful. 2002 Z3 3.0i sports coupe will get to know it's master's way of driving and will eventually become insync. This sports coupe hugs the road...and obeys command. It needs to be free, to let it's power loose and roar.
