Teen Driving School Will Be Part of Experience
BMW has announced their Ultimate Driving Experience nationwide tour which will see the German automaker bringing around 80 different models and professional instructors to various venues around the U.S. Participants will have many different activities available. For example, there will self-guided hands-on demos on the 335i sedan and X5 xDrive50i. Also on offer is drives in the 2 Series, 4 Series, 6 Series and i3.
Possibly one of the best items on offer is BMW's Teen Driving School. The four-hour session provides drivers under the age of 21 to improve driving skills and road awareness through classroom instruction, driver awareness activities, and hands-on driving exercises. The best part is the school is free.
Those wanting a bit of excitement can check out the Autocross. The two hour closed-course drive features BMW’s Professional Driving Instructors and the 2 and 5-Series. Highlights include advanced driving theories, defensive driving techniques, and a hot lap.
For the ultimate experience, BMW is offering a car control clinic. The full-day class includes time in the M3 or M235i, and learning advanced driving theories from BMW’s Professional Driving Instructors. The clinic runs about $650.
