Pros: AutoTop, Heated Seats, overall Drive
Cons: BreakDust, glass wind deflector should come up to cover Roll bars, no HUD
Advice: Whether you look at this or something else, test drive everything b4 you decide. I didn't even think of this car as an option. Once I drove, it was the perfect car for me.I've test drove all roadsters up to 75K and this is by far my favorite. I'm a big guy (6'2') and the cabin had the most room of all the cars I've driven. 2 weeks after I purchased the car, I was still finding new features. While other cars may be more appealing from the outside, none can match the interior of the Audi TT.
Pros: The Quattro all wheel drive.
Cons: Some Turbo lag until you learn to launch properly.
Advice: Buy it. You'll never regret it!I've driven a few sports cars before, but nothing has compared to my TT. I belong to several car clubs and often Autocross my Audi on local race tracks. I've brought home several trophy's to validate my enthusiastic appraisal. I am looking forward to test driving the new 3.2 with the DSG. I may have to trade up.
Pros: Boost (turbo)
Cons: nothing (so far)
Advice: Drive one and see if it is for youThe power and handling of this car is phenomenal. Way fun to drive. First drive was on the Interstate, when you need to pass just apply throttle and get over quickly as the turbo spools up it PULLS hard. Passing 6 to 7 cars in the time it used to take to pass 2. On the twistie roads it handles great there is slight understeer but if you lift your right foot just a little it will correct.
Pros: Acceleration, quattro sys, interior and looks
Cons: engine heating and exterior noise
Advice: Take a test drive and you must use it only as a weekend car, its too sensitive. It was tough deciding what vehicle to purchase at first but at the end i went for the TT. The interior is made of really high quality stuff unlike other cars wich have those very plastiky interiors, the engine and trans are nice & smooth but shifting can be tricky. problem I have faced were that the engine's heat can increase when idle I talked to the agent and he said that this is normal because of the turbo, the other problem was that when I went to the autowash some water was leaking inside! this should not have happened, the head lights had some vapor inside some of the time. Driving is really solid, steering response is the best Ive tried and the clutch is soft making it perfect for shifting. but the TT is a bit noisy on the road something that is not expected from AUDI. Overal it is a great car but I just wish that those problems did not occur.
Pros: Climate control and automatic top
Advice: Test drive on highway and back roadsThis car handles like a dream! I'm taking longer routes home just because driving is so enjoyable!
Pros: The style and performance
Cons: Had to order it way ahead of time.
Advice: Test drive it and see if the gentle steering is for you.Beautiful appearance, beautiful drive! This has been my dream car and I still adore it. Drive one, you'll agree. You may want to try leasing first, however, because I have heard friends that have electrical problems... but the drive... try it out.
Pros: Ball glove interior
Cons: Turbo lag off the line
Advice: Make sure you can live with only 2 seats.A pure joy to drive with unique styling inside and out. The optional ball glove interior adds to the special interior. The trunk in the 180 is the largest in its class, so this car is a real long distance cruiser.
