Subaru is one of those automakers who is making this statement for April sales. The brand sold 32,943 vehicles in April 2013 compared to last April’s 26,310 vehicles; an increase of 25.2 percent. No that is not a misprint. Subaru’s April sales rose 25.2 percent, making it the big winner in sales gain for April sales. Total sales aren't too shabby either: Through April, Subaru has sold 125,470 vehicles, an increase of 17.4 percent when compared to the same timeframe in 2012.
So what helped Subaru reach this major milestone? Well a good amount of the credit goes to the new Forester. Subaru pushed out 9,366 Foresters in the month April, an increase of 65.3 percent. The Outback was right behind with 8,730 units sold.
