The 2024 Lincoln Nautilus is all-new with a host of premium features. This luxury SUV is available in a range of three trims that includes the exclusive Black Label, which gets several new interior themes. Technology gets an upgrade too with an infotainment touchscreen and a new information display that spans the length of the dashboard.

This two-row SUV is truly luxurious with high-quality materials and ample amenities, even in the base trim. There’s also a choice of both gas and hybrid engines for those who put a priority on fuel efficiency. Here are the 10 best features of the all-new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus.

Two Engine Options

The Lincoln Nautilus lineup offers a choice of two engine options. The base engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder with 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly and quietly. This engine delivers strong acceleration and makes highway merges easy.

The second option is a hybrid 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. This engine gets a continuously variable automatic transmission. It delivers even stronger performance with 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque.

The Black Label Trim

The lineup of three trims includes the exclusive Black Label. This is the most premium version of each Lincoln vehicle with a high level of luxury. There are leather seating surfaces with 24-way power adjustable front seatd along with heated and ventilated front seats. Rear outboard seats are also heated.

While every Nautilus has a premium audio system, the best of the offerings is reserved for the Black Label. It has a 28-speaker Revel premium audio system designed to provide the best possible sound quality. There are also full LED multi-projector headlamps and illuminated Lincoln lettering across the tailgate.

The Lincoln Digital Experience

The Nautilus is the first vehicle in the Lincoln lineup to feature the new Lincoln Digital Experience. It starts with an 11.1-inch infotainment touchscreen mounted to the center of the dashboard, which is the type of setup we’re used to seeing in today’s vehicles. But then it goes a step further.

There’s also a 48-inch panoramic display screen that spans the width of the dashboard. This shows additional information and is fully customizable so you only see what you feel is important. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, and Alexa are all a part of the package. It’s a truly unique setup you won’t find on other SUVs.

Digital Scents

No one wants a musty car, but depending on what’s in your car, the smell inside might not be ideal. The digital scents feature on the Nautilus is a way to ensure a fresh, pleasant interior. There are three standard scents: Mystic Forest, Ozonic Azure, and Violet Cashmere.

Four additional scents are available for purchase separately, all of which are new. Choose from Cloud Balsam, Serene Seashore, Twilight Embers, or Sunlight Retreat. The scent cartridges are easily swapped out under the center console so you can mix it up for something new.

Go Handsfree With Lincoln BlueCruise

The Lincoln Nautilus features handsfree driving as a part of Lincoln BlueCruise. This feature assists with braking, acceleration, and steering to help make driving less tiresome, especially on long road trips with lots of hours behind the wheel.

Lane change assist is also a part of BlueCruise. Simply tap the turn signal when the lane is clear and the Nautilus can switch lanes. There’s also in-lane repositioning, which keeps the vehicle in its lane, but slightly shifts away from vehicles in adjacent lanes for an added sense of confidence.

The Steering Wheel

It’s hard to imagine a steering wheel as a standout feature on a vehicle, but that’s exactly the case in the Lincoln Nautilus. It has a flat-top steering wheel that makes the wheel more oval rather than the traditional round wheel.

This isn’t just a gimmick to look different, although it is a striking interior feature when you first sit down to drive. The shape of the steering wheel lets the driver see over it, rather than through it, so you have an uncompromised view of 48-inch display that houses the instrument cluster. It also helps the interior of the Nautilus feel even more open and airy.

The Jet Appearance Package

The full Lincoln Nautilus lineup offers this special appearance package for an additional $3,000. This package varies slightly between trims. On the Premiere, it includes 20-inch wheels with carbonized painted pockets, and a black fender badge, grille insert, and trims. There’s also a body color front and rear bumper.

On the Reserve, it adds 22-inch satin dark luster nickel wheels with satin chrome inserts, and leather-trimmed seats with suede inserts. On the Black Label, the package is the same as on the Reserve, but with the seat enhancements. It’s a nice package that gives the Nautilus added allure with its darker, moodier theme.

New Redwood Black Label theme.

The Black Label offers two unique interior design themes. The Chalet continues to be available with a Silverwood logo decal, Alpine leather seating surfaces with a diamond weave perforation pattern, a Cashmere color headliner, and Espresso Velour floor mats with metal cuff accent. This year, a new Redwood theme is also available.

This new theme is darker with Harvest Bronze leather seating surfaces and suede-like accents along with a perforated pattern. There are herringbone marquetry walnut appliques, a Harvest Bronze leather-wrapped steering wheel, a Dark Smoked Truffle suede-like interior, and matching carpeted floor metals with a metal cuff accent.

Revel Audio System

There are three available audio systems in the Lincoln Nautilus with the base Premiere receiving a premium 10-speaker audio system. In addition to the base system, there are two additional Revel premium audio systems, both designed to provide a sound experience that delivers optimum listening no matter where you sit.The first is a 14-speaker Revel system that is optional on the Premiere.

The second is a 28-speaker Revel audio system that is optional on the Reserve and standard on the top Black Label. These upgraded audio options enhance the luxury experience of the Lincoln Nautilus.

Drive Modes

Road conditions change from one day to the next, so the Lincoln Nautilus offers Drive Modes as a standard feature. This tailors how the vehicle drives to improve traction and handling. The available modes include Conserve, which puts the focus on fuel economy rather than performance, Deep Conditions, for managing snow or mud, and Excite, which delivers stronger performance instead of prioritizing fuel economy.

There’s also Normal for handling everyday conditions including driving on clear city streets or highways and Slippery, for better traction when the roads are wet or icy. The choice of multiple drive modes makes the Nautilus a vehicle well-suited to a wide range of driving conditions.
