The Volkswagen Jetta GLI is a four-door five-passenger sedan that shares the same sporty power plant and styling as the fun to drive VW GTI hot hatch. All Jetta GLIs are powered by a boosted 2.0 Liter TSI four cylinder that produces 200 HP and 207 lb-ft of torque being channeled through a six speed manual standard, or an optional DSG with Tiptronic paddle shifters and a sport mode, capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 MPH in 6.8 seconds and gets an estimated 22 MPG in the city and as much as 33 MPG on the highway. The Jetta GLI is offered in base, Autobahn and GLI Autobahn with Navigation trim levels.
The entry level Volkswagen Jetta GLI comes equipped with a set of 17 inch alloys, bolstered sport buckets with accent stitching that matches the leather wrapped multifunction steering wheel as well as a touch screen multifunction audio entertainment system starting out at $23,495.
