2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GLI (M6) Sedan
Pros: Interior and Exterior appearance
Cons: Harsh ride over long road trips
Advice: The platinum gray exterior cleans up wonderfullyThe GLI 1.8t is the ideal vehicle for auto enthusiasts that are too lazy ar otherwise too poor to spend time and money to install performance upgrades on a vehicle. The GLI is packed full of features that would typically, only be available in the aftermarket. Whether speaking about the recaro bucket seats, the lowered sporty suspension, the 6 speed transmission or the 18' BBS wheels; this car has plenty for the VW pureist and not too little for a consumer seeking a little bit of get-up-and-go from their 'everyday driver'. I highly recommend the GLI 1.8t.
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GL (M5) Sedan

Cons: Manual adjustments on seats
Advice: make sure you are comfortable sitting in this cargreat pickup and maneuverability
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GLS TDI (M5) Sedan
Pros: Fuel economy
Cons: i wish it had a little more pick up
Advice: always get the TDI they are a little harder to find but you will be glade you got it. get 5 speed!!!!It is a great car to drive it has awsome handling like all German car do. I didnt buy this car to be fast and try to get away from cops. I just needed a nice car that has really good fuel economy. And thats what it gives you i have a five speed cause i still like to drive kinda sporty and jump off the line a little quicker.
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GLS T (M5) Sedan
Advice: this is not something you want to get involved withWhile this is a good looking car, it has been the bane of my existence sincing owning it. I had logged many hours in the dealership waiting for employees to tell me 'they are not sure what is going on' with the car and why it begins shaking, stalls, and I am needing to walk home and call a tow truck. This happened twice. Customer services is EXTREMELY poor and is the main reason why I would never own a VW again, would highly encourage you not to as well, and am working on selling mine at the moment.
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GL TDI (M5) Wagon
Pros: Velvet transmission and acceleration of the turbo TDI (These are tied for my fav)
Cons: Leaning forward to adjust back rest (Used to electric seat)
Advice: Don't sweat it! A quality little car with a big car feel-...quality and value for the dollarBought mainly for fuel diversity in case of shortages.I am very suprised at how this car performs.I find myself opting to drive the Jetta more and more, leaving an Acura MDX and Nissan Murano home. This is the automotive version of the 'Little Engine That Could' and it is fun to drive. Like the Energizer Bunny it just keeps going and going on 14.5 gal of eco diesel fuel.VW has made me a big fan and I will probably buy their Toureg.
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GL T (M5) Sedan
Pros: THE ACCELERATION AND RIDE
Advice: TEST DRIVE THE CARTHIS CAR IS FUN THE 1.8 IS NICE TO DRIVE SND GETS GREAT MILAGE
2004 Volkswagen Jetta - GL (M5) Sedan
Pros: Sound system, very comfortable bucket seats, and you can roll down the windows using your car key
Cons: Nothing so far...
Advice: A definite buyJust bought this vehicle 3 days back..What can I say, it runs and feels great. Though it has only 115 hp, the acceleration is pretty quick and very responsive. No wonder it's German engineering. Also, it comes with lots of features as Standard, which makes life a lot simpler. You got to see the interior of this car during night time with the dash board lit up..it's pretty cool. The sound system with 8 speaker ('Standard') is excellent. Love it... Considered Toyota Corola, and Honda Civic..were not impressed at all. They are supposed to have a better hp engine, but it's not responsive at all. In fact Civic's engine sucks very bad. And to top it all, you have to haggle for basic features with the dealership..
