2003 Saab 9-5 - Aero Sport Wagon
Cons: cup holders
Advice: to buyExcellent car for the money.Superb accelation, very good handling, excellent braking, little oversteer/due to front wheel drive/,very good driving position. Low profiles tires look good, but bad on potholls, somewhat noisy, but 2003 Saab switched to Michelin which is big improvement. Overall score 90/0-100/ in my humble opinion Alex
2003 Ford Focus - SE (300A) Sedan
Pros: The stereo
Cons: The difficulty in opening the trunk. Too stiff.
Advice: Get a good deal. Check out the doors and trunk. Look at performance.Car is noisy. Doors and trunk difficult to shut easily. Handles okay. Performance while revving high on the engine, the performance lacks enough pep to get through the steep hills. Gas mileage not as good as advertised or expected.
2003 Saturn L-Series - L200 (M5) Sedan

Advice: try it...you'll like it. a lot of car for the money.tight turns. easy handling.
2003 Subaru Legacy - L w/Special Edition Package (M5) Sedan

Cons: seat comfort
Advice: buy it for lifeBest car for the money
2002 Audi A4 - T (M5) FWD Front Trak Sedan
Cons: So-so floor mats, so-so wiper blades
Advice: 5 speed, Audi performance handling package w/17' wheelsI looked at a lot of similar cars and feel that I did all the research that can be done. In the end, I chose a 1.8T with a five speed, performance package with 17' wheels, xenon lights, moonroof, and Bose w/subwoofer. I paid $26,500 out the door to the dealer. I could sell it today for what I bought it for ...but why would anyone want to sell the perfect bargain? There is not another car made that can come close to the fit and finish of this car, within $20K of this price range. I have taken an M3 and a Boxster on a long winding four lane road near my home. I could only hold my own in the straightaways but was confident using 95% of my cars' capability in the turns. The M3 and Boxter drivers lacked the confidence needed to get more than 75% of what their cars could do. Quality, performance, confidence, value. Whats not to like?
2003 Audi A4 - T (A5) quattro Sedan
Advice: PerformanceFirst impression with this car are great. The dual climate control works great and the heated seats are amazing. The technical features of this car are outstanding and the fit and finish is near the top of the entry luxury class. I have had however multiple mechanical failures over the course of a year with this vehicle. The warranty is great all repairs were covered but consider the reliability and convience of dealership before purchase. Overall I still love this car but it has been a lot of hassel mechanically. Not sure how reliable these are in general but its something to consider.
2003 Volkswagen Jetta - GLI (M6) Sedan
Pros: The solid feel and perfornance
Cons: The cupholder
Advice: Get all of the goodiesSolid, smooth and quick! The boost to 200 HP helped as did the performance package and the six speed. Wet or dry, it doesn't really matter and the ABS will save your tail if you enter an unmarked 15 MPH corner at 50 in the rain like I did. Outstanding! The cold weather pkg. warms the posterior nicely on a cold day. I traded a 2001 Maxima SE for this and don't regret it. It's a solid ride with a kickin' sound system to boot. Enjoy that GLI!
