    2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder - (M5)

    Pros: Handling

Cons: Seats could be a bit wider

Advice: Just drive one, you'll buy it.

The handling of the car is it's best feature, it goes around corners as if it was on rails....and no tire noises! The engine is well suited to the car as is the 5 speed gearing. On a sunny day with the top down it's just a fun car to drive. Plenty of room for tall people, the gas mileage is 27-28mpg with spirited driving. The fit and finish is excellent as befits a Toyota.

2003 Toyota Camry Solara - SE (M5) Coupe

    Pros: comfort smooth ride

Cons: The silver chrome tarnished rather quickly.

Advice: I highly recommend this car, this car drives like my friends Lexus

I have a '99' SE V6 and have absolutely nothing bad to say about this car. The drive is smooth, comfortable & handles curves very well. I have been so pleased with my purchase I plan to give my car to my daughter & buy myself a new Convertable Solora. I have over 100K on my car & it still drives just as smooth as the day I bought it.

    2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder - (M5)

    Pros: Convertible

    Cons: Lack of Space

Advice: You have to be ready to drive this small awesome car.

Really smooth car. It lacks the horsepower of other cars, but that's because it's so light. It hits 4000 rpms at 90 mph.

    2003 Toyota Camry Solara - SLE V6 (A4) Coupe

    Pros: Smooth engine

    Cons: Lack of comfort

    Advice: Look elsewhere

Warning to potential SE purchaers--be sure to drive this car on the interstate before purchase. The combination of wheelbase-cab forward design-and suspension calibrations will continuously slam you over uneven pavement sections. My 27 year old Vette rides better over these areas. The car is also not as quiet as my previous Cressida nor does it handle as well. Be sure to notice the blind spot created by the rear roof pillars also. The bucket seats are not very suupportive and are too narrow. There is rust under the hood in my car with less than 1000 miles and the dealer blames it on the factory--they've offered to clean it off!! The paint quality also varies from one panel to the next on this black car. Don't be in a hurry to leave the lot without a thorough going over on a sunny day. The drive train seems to rock when you let off the gas and you can feel the wipers pulsate as they change direction when your holding the steering wheel. Did I somehow end up with a mid 70's GM?

2003 Toyota Camry Solara - SE (M5) Coupe

Pros: the a/c gets very cold

Cons: the rear suspension is not stiff enough

Advice: shop price, there are deals to be had

I have a 4 cylinder SE with JBL, moonroof, automatic, power everything, and some package that added all these nice little extras (including the floor mats) and paid $18,400 plus tax and license (after rebate). It's alot of car for the money. Looks nice, very comfortable, not a flaw at deliver or in the 6 months I own it. It's black with charcoal interior, and when clean looks pretty sharp. Its not the fastest, and the handling is slightly better than so so, but its a good car, reasonably priced, and probably will last longer than my payment book.

2003 Toyota Camry Solara - SE (M5) Coupe

    Pros: The complete Sport package.

    Cons: The rear end look.

Advice: Shop for the best price, ($100 over invoice)

The newly designed 2002 Camry SE V6 Coupe has a 'mid budget' luxury sport look. They should have thrown duel instead the single exaust pipe to complete the sport look package. The V6 has plenty of torque for any situation with minimal interior noise. The SE suspention package is tight with a good feel of the road. Suprisingly even with the 16'' low profile tires and stiff susspention it has a relatively smooth ride. The interior with the brushed alluminum trim, nicely placed white guages and the on the floor shift gives the driver the feeling of a Euro sports car. The upgraded sound system sounds good and is easily operated. The fabric seats are comfortable; fairly good space in the rear for passengers. The trunk is huge even with the full size spare hidden undrneith. The Camery SE V6 is an EXCELLENT low budget sport coupe. Unless you have an extra ten thousand in your pocket this is the car.
