2004 Toyota Camry Solara - SE (M5) Coupe

    Pros: N/A

    Cons: Above

    Advice: BEWARE

I am one of many who has these problems: the car pulls to the right; the left; or both while driving. When speeds reach above 60 mph the car slides to the right as tho on ice. Very dangerous. I am going thru lemon law.

    2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder - (M5)

    Pros: perfomance

    Cons: getting in and out

Advice: get at least 2K off list price.

I simply cannot get the smile off my face when I drive this little car. It turns the highway into an absolute playground. I have owned a SLK 320 and believe it or not I find this car much better value, more fun to drive. Highly recommended for what it is meant to be....a second car for leisure driving and kicking up the fun level of driving to a whole new level. Enjoy.

    2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder - (M5)

Pros: The ease of operating the 6-speed sequential transmission

    Cons: Storage space constraints

Advice: If you can find one in the color you want

OK...here's the word from a (slightly) senior who's ever-increasingly desirous of staying young. BUY THIS CAR! I've only had my Spyder for a few days and I've already shed several years. The look, the feel, the responsiveness, the ease of operation, all are giving me exactly what I was looking for in a sportscar. The years I've waited to be in this position have been worth the investment. Everything considered (to include the price), I made an outstanding decision with this purchase.

    2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder - (M5)

    Pros: handling

    Cons: trunk space limited

    Advice: Just drive it

The sequential transmission sold me. I have bad knees and a clutch took the fun out of the sports car feeling for me. Now I get the control back of shifting even more accuratly. Very nice!!! What a well balanced automobile, too. The car is a Toyota that speaks clearly. It is very tight and a real pleasure to drive, top up or down.

I have owned 4 MR2 Spiders begining with the first yellow MR2 delivered to the mid-west in 2000. I then purchased a new yellow spider every year since then. I love everything about these cars. My wife loves the cars and wishes we had one more.
