Pros: The sun roof, of course!
Cons: Slow accelerationI love my Subaru Forester. It is very comfortable and is great for hauling kids, groceries, furniture, oversize items from the hardware store and more. The oversize sun roof is really nice, too. I live in northern Canada and it is dark.... I can let in all the available light and this improves everyones mood when you spend your winters living in the dark. The only complaint that I have with the car is that it doesn't have a lot of get-up-an-go. The acceleration isn't what it could be. The vehicle is small enough that it should be able to have the extra power. However, the all wheel drive is a great feature in the northern climate. The car is also great in the extreme cold. It just starts right up and actually defrosts in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it is a great car and gets great gas mileage!!
Pros: Size and appearance
Cons: There is nothing that I can sayu I like leastThis is may second outback - I traded the 2003 with 140000 miles - It stil;l ran great but the trade value allowed me to get a great pricwe on a 2011. I also own an 06 Leagy GT Wagon and it has 80000 miles - I figure I'll keep it until it hits 200,000 miles GUESS WHAT - I got 33 miles per gallon on a trip from the Jersey Shore to Syracuse NY and back.
Best for least
Pros: Interior space
Cons: No negativesI've never owned a car that has delivered the most satisfaction for the money. Remember, FOR THE MONEY. Was able to purchase in 6/2008 with no $ down and 0 % interest for 2 years. Not 1 problem and minimal maint.
Pros: nav system
Cons: frequent repairsNothing but trouble. Fragile in all ways. Always a trouble light or computer problem.
Truly a hidden jewel
Pros: AWD, interior, performance and handeling
Cons: Could use telescopic steering wheel and power tailgate2008 Limited 5 passenger w/o nav and rear view camera. Test drove just about every SUV in this class and decided on the Tribeca. Comfort and handeling is great. Quality of build is also great. Built in Lafayette, Indiana by American workers. Maybe not the best looking in this class and gas mileage not great but didn't expect good mileage for this type of vehicle. Anyone looking for a SUV should test drive one before deciding.
Love my Subaru
Pros: all wheel drive
Cons: I like everythingLove my Subaru
Dependable & Versatile
Pros: All wheel drive in snow, rain, awesome
Cons: Want better than 23mpg. Clutch could be sportier.Bought in 2002 as soon as 03 model came out. Original battery and spark plugs still after 100k. All electrical working great. Catalytic replaced under warranty before 75k. Besides cat, no other issues; this car is amazing!
