    2004 Scion xA - (M5)

    Pros: 38 MPG and design

    Cons: Horse power

Advice: If you want a compact car the xA is simply the best bang for your buck.

As a former VW Golf GT owner my expectations were high. The Scion xA passed the test. On the hiwaay, my xA is at home, with a surprisingly quite and smooth ride. While in traffic, I love that there are virtually no blind spots. The engine looks and runs great, but delivers poorly when compared to my old Golf GT. I miss the punch. As an XM listener, the fact that the receiver is XM ready is a big plus as well. I commute 125 miles a day to work. I’m looking forward to the time my XM, xA, and myself will spend together. My wife is a bit jealous.

    2004 Scion xB - (M5)

    Pros: Looks

    Cons: No armrest and bumpy/bouncy.

Advice: Buy the base and customize off the internet.

I like not looking like everyone else. It does have a bumpy ride with the base package. Searching for a way to soften the ride. All the extras can be found on ebay at much less than the dealer. The paint on the rear bumper is peeling after 1 week of ownership.

    2004 Scion xB - (M5)

Pros: spaceous interior front and back.

    Cons: low power of engine

Advice: This is great first car or second small family car, great price to feature ratio

Just test drove the xB. What a suprise! For a low market car it has great standard features (safety and audio). I drove the base model with automatic transmission. While this is not a race car, it had good pep on the freeway and handled well on side streets. A little on the rough side but hey this is a sub compact and priced to sell... Inside: the drive is fairly quiet, the AC was acceptable, the Pioneer stereo was great but most importantly you do not feel like you are driving a compact car. It feels like you are driving a larger car, roomy inside and raised slightly over most other cars. For the money this is a great deal. And remember it's really a Toyota (Quality #1)

    2004 Scion xB - (M5)

Pros: generic style, gas saver, good for the environment, size

    Cons: I like it all

    Advice: Buy one

What a great car! Love it! Talk about a fun car..this one has it all. Simple style. I call it the generic car of all time. XB stands for extra boxy, and boy is it boxy. I know most think it is shy on pic up. For me its just the best. If only everyone had less pick up imagine how many lives would be saved in traffic accidents. This is definately the anti-suv car. Think small and boxy not big and stupid. Live simply so others can simply live.

    2004 Scion xB - (M5)

Pros: style, gas milage, different, stereo, sales experience, price, no sales person haggle over pricing

    Cons: no cruise controll

Advice: buy the basic, it comes with everything you want you need, built the car you want over the internet,

    Little bit bumpy,
