Great Vehicle For Families
Cons: gas MileageWe have the vehicle 2 years and is riding great. It has about 28,000 miles and has been on a road trip from to N.Y. to Florida with 2 kids. The ride is smooth even on the streets of NY bur especially on the highway. Onstar with Navigation worked great through the mountains of No & So Carolina. The gas mileage could be better, we get about 16 city & 25 all highway. An avg fillup gets us about 18. Overall great car
could have been better
Pros: Honda engine
Cons: replacing wheel bearingsThis is before steel panels. lots of road noise, and had years to fix. replaced every wheel bearing at least once. fortunately under warranty but now I'm off and they charge $370 to replace one ' for life'. This is the same problem they had in 02 on my first one. The honda engine is great. I used to love Saturn but I can no longer recommend them even as a used one. This is typical of american made cars they nickel and dime you. All the ads are b.s. it is the same old same old.
Best Sport Car

MPG HYW- 36 MPG under 65 mile per hr on cruise. - 32 MPG 70 MPG Cruise. MPG HYW-30-32 MPG 65-70-75-80 miles per hr. Normal Freeway driving with out cruise all the time. Getting through traffic in and out! Under 3000 RPM. full shift's It has unbeatable Fun with good to great Mileage!
Hybrid Is Everything I wanted and MORE...
Pros: The split back seat fold down ability. We can put someone in a seat on a longer item in the fold down area next to them.
Cons: Wish it had a 3rd row seat!I love the Saturn VUE Hybrid I bought new in 2006. I average 25 MPG on my Chicago Suburbs trip to work and 31 mpg on the Highways. It carries all of my stuff and my family of 4 easily...we can put a 5th in the back seat with my boys. The interior is basic, but with 2 nearly teenage boys, it works well for us. The exterior holds up to everything...including the boys soccer ball mistakes.
Overall a good vehicle.
Pros: Its heighth and able to see above other vehicles.
Cons: Unable to have a clear view when backing up.Overall I am pleased with my Saturn Outlook. At first gas mileage was at 16 MPG but lately after 32,000 miles it is around 20 MPG. Saturn should have made it mandatory to put back up sensors on the Outlook because of its high profile when backing up. I back up into a low profile vehicle (Trans AM) just recently because I was unable to see it from my rearview mirror. One other thing is the AC system does develop a smell of which I have taken it for repair twice already.
