Xterra Pro 4x4
Pros: Off Road Capability
Cons: Fuel EconomyDriven: 3,000 miles Pros: Strong engine, the Xterra can get out of its own way when needed. Off Road capability deep Montana snow, no problem. The VDS preforms well on icy roads. Good visibility, comfortable seats (I had the dealer install seat heaters), good sound system. Cons: Poor fuel economy I'm averaging 16MPG. (Granted I've been in 4x4 a lot of those miles). Overall: Can't wait to try out the locking differential sometime this winter. Just wish Nissan would offer the Nismo upgrades for the 2011.
Pros: I like almost everything about it
Cons: The climate control system leaves a bit to be desiredThis is probably the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned and is a dream to drive! It's attractive and the perfect size for carrying maximum cargo without being overly large! It's a great road car for longer trips as well.
The Best Looking Vehicle of its size
Pros: The smoothness of the ride.
Cons: I didn't find anything that I didn't like! The ride, comfort and style of this vehicle is the best I've seen in its size. It make one want to go Juking!
Pros: ease in handling and styling.
Cons: could use a little more power.the rogue is a smooth riding suv. we had five passengers with luggage and were comfortable.
Pros: roomy and quiet
Cons: transmission failureI generally enjoy my Murano. After several american bombs I switched to Nissan in 2003. Unfortunately the Japanese are no more customer-centered than the USA! They have a major PROBLEM with the CVT transmission for which they refuse to initiate a recall. I'm talking biggggg bucks for repair. It is systemic and affects models over multiple years. I wish that automakers would step up and be accountable for their errors. If not for how they handled this issue I would have purchased another one.
2009 Xterra Off Road
Pros: Locking rear diff.
Cons: No exterior temp. gauge???Great power and torque for a heavy 4 X 4 and it handles well in the snow. Interior quality is very good with high quality materials. The over all ride is good but it is a truck so it will ride like one; it's not a Cadillac! I am Very satisfied with my X.
Great Vehicle for the money.
Pros: CVT Transmission
Cons: Road and Tire noiseTook my first road trip today. Drove fast and hard. Covered over 400 miles and still got 26 MPG. Rode comfortable and handled great. Only had 350 miles on it when we left this morning, so I think the MPG will be fine after break in miles. I recommend this vehicle for any age group.
