    2006 Infiniti M35

    Great Car

Pros: Acceleration and drivability with ease

Cons: Great looking car, besides what i have described

After 72 years of driving all cars, I finally got the car that pleases me most, acceleration, braking, and power to do any driving where I need to go, besides it doesn't look like a bus. it is a G35 Sport Coupe

    2008 Infiniti M35 - Base

Pros: The voice feature and the two tone seats....I almost passed out when I saw it for the first time.

Cons: not really sure something about the body style didn't blow me out the water...can't figure out

Advice: Dive this car and understand you are being watched by the haters...

I have owned a Jaguar S-Type for 2 years and unfortunately it has been in the shop 5 times in 2 years; I am done with them. I will pick up my M35 (2007)this week. I test drove this awesome vehicle and the interior was stately and very handsome (to die for). The ride didn't blow me away with comfort and smoothness but it was still very good ride. My Jaguar handled better but this is a bigger vehicle. All the bells and whistles on the inside of the M35 are stunning and the price is great. Pound for Pound…this is the best car I have driven and I test drove many before I decided on this one. The interior can't be beat by any other sedan in its class. My interior (M35) is Bourbon…a peanut butter color and black combo (Like a Bentley). The Benz S500 looks better on the outside but it's over priced. Lexus, Benz, BMW and the granddaddy of all luxury vehicles…The Cadillac (With all due respect to the Caddy)...You are in so much trouble!

    2006 Infiniti M35 - Sport

    Pros: Interiror

    Cons: Gas mileage.

Advice: Don't be too quickly seduced.

Having thought about moving up to a 'luxury performance sedan' (LPS) for a couple of years, I drove and walked around and read about Audi, Lexus, Mercedes, BMW. It was confusing. Into this confusion, the M35 burst upon me like an automotive epiphany: 'Wow! No need to even choose or think about it. There is only one LPS.' Reality: glamorous and comfortable interior with loads of 'cool' Japanese technology. Worst gas mileage of any car in this category. The 'wow' acceleration comes from reaching into the high rpm range to get torque, thus using a lot of fuel. There is not even a sixth (overdrive) gear, so that, during test drives, you can accelerate all the time easily, but the car is straining to do what it does and breaking through to 19 mpg even on long straight 65 mph drives is unlikely. Also, very bumpy, even in 'luxury' (non-sport) model. Does not corner 'on rails' like Audi or BMW. Loud because exhaust system is tuned to provide 'boy racer' sounds, the joy of which wear off quickly.

    2006 Infiniti M35 - Base

Pros: The interior roominess and the dashboard.

    Cons: The seats are hard.

Advice: Watch the package you select.

I was very suprised by how smooth the car drove. Infiniti did a better job on a more expensive black paint exterior.

    2006 Infiniti M35 - Sport

Pros: Technology - Bose 5.1 Surround Sounds and All the other techie stuff

    Cons: Too Fast :)

Advice: We need more of us out there...It's a fun car!

First of all, I love this car. It is awesome! I got the whole works! But I am not crazy about the rear active steering...it's too sensitive. Maybe it's a matter of getting used to it since I've been drving Bimmers and Benz in the past.

    2006 Infiniti M35 - Sport

    Pros: Sport Bucket Seats

Cons: Sport ride is a bit unforgiving on rough roads. Avoid potholes at all cost

Advice: Drive it before you decide on any competitive car

I drove the 45 and 35 Sport. No doubt the 45 beats the 35 hands down, but not enough to spend an extra $7,000 to pick up .8 of a second between 0 and 60 mph. The interior quality finally reaches the other luxury cars in the market place. The technology and sound system surpass the competition. I was going to buy a Lexus GS but at 6' 3' my head sat flat against the ceiling. Then I drove a BMW 530I. Same problem with head room and lacked the sophistication of the M. I fell in love with the orginal Q45 when first introduced, but couldn't afford one. When I finally could afford one, they wushed out and made a Japanese Buick. But today, Infiniti is back to it's roots with luxury and performance. I bought the M35 Sport.

    2006 Infiniti M35 - Base

    Pros: Almost the entire auto.

Cons: The steering wheel control for changing cd's or radio stations a bit too high.

Advice: Enjoy the confort and style

Drove the 6 cyl. and it had more than enough power. Very confortable and steering was very responsive.
