    2006 Hummer H3 SUV - Base

    Pros: Stero system

    Cons: Acceleration

    Advice: You won't be disappointed.

As soon as I sat in it and saw how stylish and comfortable it was, I knew I had to have it! I loved the drive, the status, people just stared at it. Driving in town and they point to it as if to say 'Wow, that is hot!' And I look great in it. Sound system rocks, I have the luxuary package, only way to go.

    2006 Hummer H3 SUV - Base

    Pros: Aesthetics

    Cons: Acceleration

Advice: Overall, the best mid sized SUV on the market, buy it.

I test drove several mid-sized SUVs and bought the Hummer H3. I decided on the HUmmer because of a mix of factors: look, comfort, potential resale, affordability, interior space, et cetera. I have not been disappointed. My only complaint is the lackluster acceleration.

    2006 Hummer H3 SUV - Base

    Pros: body style

    Cons: power

Advice: good buy but long wait on manual transmissions

Extremely comfortable and agile vehicle even with the 33 inch tires. Manual transmission shifts smoothly. Took a while to get use to the lack of vision(side pillars & rear mounted tire) however you do adjust. Cornering and parking is no different than a jeep so I was pleased with that fact.

    2006 Hummer H3 SUV - Base

    Pros: All

    Cons: None

Advice: wait another year before buying. The Hummer HO3 is too new with the 5 cylinder engine

My new Hummer HO3 is three weeks old and has 180 miles and one night the Hummer did start but it will not run. I took it back to the dealer and they told me that the engine number one cylinder was out. The Hummer was so new to them that they do not know the reason. Its been 2 days and the Hummer is still there. I hope that others will not have this happen to them when they are out on the road and the Hummer just will not run

    2006 Hummer H3 SUV - Base

Pros: Quiet; small windows makes you feel behind an armored car

Cons: 5 cylinders? give me a break

    Advice: pass on the yellow

It's an eye catcher; for both guys and girls. It's not so much as ' in your face' as the H2 but at a distance you confuse the two. It's a little slow at start but picks up smoothly once you get it going. The ride is superb for this type of vehicle and very quiet. The upgraded sound system needs nothing else added. The dealership wants a premium for it since they are selling like hotcakes but pass on many of the accessories since you cn buy them aftermarket cheaper and with more variety. Overall it was worth the wait and I can't keep myself from grinning that I actually went ahead and bought the car. Loving it.

    2005 Hummer H2 SUT - Base

    Pros: Truck bed on SUV

    Cons: gas mileage

Advice: compare the resale value against other choices then figure in poor mpg to see if it works for you.

The truck is perfect for what I bought it for. An upscale sport ute that can haul something that I wouldn't want inside a normal sport ute. i.e. something dirty, smelly, greasy, etc.. It does fit in the garage which is important. It is much more upscale than anything else that will fit in the garage. Interior is very nice and the overall build quality of mine is great. Gas mileage is averaging 11 mpg which is acceptable to me. I've had F350 crew cab with powerstroke that averaged 10mpg, tahoe 13mpg, Dodge 1500 crewcab 14mpg, chevy express van limited 12mpg so the 11 isn't so bad for me. The wife and I both love it! Resale value better than other large SUV's also.
