    What a great riding car lots of room lots of power good in the snow it is to bad ford let this vhecial get so out of date just to kill it off like they did to the taurus. my 1997 got 25 mpg average they let that slip to about 19

    Pros: size ride comfort

    Cons: discontinued

    Advice: avoid old cop cars

    It gets 21 mpg on average with the antispin it is good in the snow of upstate n y. its large and roomy it makes you feal safe driving around all the monster suv around. I can not under stand why ford would discontinue souch a great car.

    i am a ford emploey and i have been for 14 years and all i do is drive cars all day long for 12 hours a day and 365 days a year. when i started in 1992 they gave me a 1992 brand new of the line for crown vic lx police interceptor and they told me to see how long this car can last. i am never home all i do is drive i have bben all over the us and canada they pay for my gas food and hotels. i averange about 500 miles a day. i have never had any problems with this car. the shocks and struts and brakes were replaced at 150,000 miles but they dint need it. this car averages about 20 miles a gallon thats good for a 440 hp engin. it has been close to 13 years now and i have close to 2 million miles on my car. no kiiding you if you have any questions e-mail me at james_girdler2000@yahoo.com
