Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
Pros: Right now the seats. They're as comfortable as the Highlander's.
Cons: I really don't like how it handles on bumpy surfaces; and I wish it had real arm rests.
Advice: Go for it if you're stepping down from an SUV or up from a sedan. You can't beat it!There are some blind spots, so looking carefully before changing lanes is a must! And when the car hits a bump or a continuous patch of bad pavement, you feel it....not unlike a truck. That shouldn't be. The gas mileage is so-so. I had hoped it would be better than my 02 Highlander. Still, this is a lovely, and I mean lovely car for someone like me who packs four bikes, gear, people, and luggage to events. It does the job really, really well.
Pros: The interior.
Cons: Have not found that yet
Advice: Do your homework.I love to drive the car and hope to make many vacation trips in it. Everyone that see's the car are taken by the interior trim and all the extras. The car with tax and del. cost was less than 35,000. I have owned 2 Hondas in the past and if this car is anywhere near to them I'll be very pleased. I couls have purchesed GM for 6,000 more and not had all the options, but to be honest Ford was the only U.S. brand that I could consider.
Cons: like everthing on the auto
Advice: Buy one you won't be sorryComfort drive, turns on a dime, generous loading capacity, great on road trips, rear automatic opener
Pros: Front seat warmers for cold weather
Cons: Honda's optional roof rack cross bars create wind noise on the road
Advice: Excellent value in the low $30Excellent value over all compared to all other SUV's that I considered, with seating for eight. The pop up rear window give you a lot of flexability to carry long objects without having to tie them down on the roof rack. After over one year of ownership, the best gas milelage that I have seen was on the road at 28 MPG when the engine automatically moves to the ECO mode and runs on three cylinders. I am averaging 18.4 miles overall. The front wheel drive is excellent in the snow. Honda's bluetooth works poorly with bad reception. This is my second Honda Pilot. I still own my first with 118,000 miles that has requred not major repairs and still runs great. This SUV really keeps its value.
Pros: Nav system/Bose stereo
Cons: Premium gas
Advice: NoneIntended to buy a '10 Equinox LTZ but after driving the Murano it was no contest. Much more masculine exterior appeal, more luxurious and roomy interior, and superior ride was worth the higher price tag on my LE AWD w/nav. I cant wait to take my 1st road trip.
Pros: heated seats, power sun roof
Cons: nothing yet
Advice: buy it ... you will like the carnice smooth ride on the turnpike. seats are very comfortable during extended trips. very quiet interior, great audio system 20-21 mpg highway so far not 24mpg as advertised turning radius is nice and tight for a suv.
Pros: The whole car.
Cons: The dealer not the car.
Advice: Buy it but not from Fontana Ca NissanThis vehicle comfort, performance, quality and appearance are outstanding. We love her.
