Pros: size awd
Cons: no back up camera
Advice: look before you buygreat car great gas milage fun to drive
Cons: red backlite on the radio is hard to read
Advice: get the touring package has a lot of options I wish I had gottenI have the CVT transmission which takes a little getting use to but has much better performance and is smoother than the 4 speed auto in the 2009, would've got the manual but I do a lot of stop and go driving. For a small econo car it's got some pep especially in the manual transmission setting. The AWD is great on snow and ice, but had to get snow tires the ones that come with aren't up to handling really bad ice/snow conditions (I live in Colorado)
Pros: Standard USB & camera -
Cons: Ticking noise from under the hood & the location of the USB port.
Advice: Take it for a spin - the $$ is right for a new vehicle with the options and the gas mileage is a great plus!Great vehicle for the price. Love the look, the power the 4cyl has and the comfort for all passengers.
Pros: The sturdy look about it
Cons: The price
Advice: shop aroundFor a vehicle company that was in bankruptcy a few short months ago, I find it disturbing that the incentives are missing. The price of the Terrain is a bit high for the size. The 0% is offered for inventory that GM can't sell. With all the down sizing GM has done over the past couple of years, they are doing very little to bring back customers. In my 50 years of driving, I have never, I repeat never owned anything but GM vehicles, but now I am shopping around looking at other vehicles, and believe me, it hurts, having been brought up in a GM family.C'mom GM,do the right thing, and bring the customers back.(I want to stay, but show me something with incentives)
Pros: electric back window
Cons: sttepping up into the vehicle
Advice: this is more for a sportsman than a day to day transportation vehicletight feeling more of a ford f-150 feeling. good smooth running engine.
Cons: Rear seating
Advice: Sit in the back seats to determine if tolerable for you and your passengersHandling was extremely responsive, excellant acceleration, interior cabin layout well done. Rear seating very cramped, smallish storage area in the rear, however fold down seating for a flat surface was adequate for storage of shopping items. Financing currently offered was most attractive, with Mercedes Benz making the first two (2) payments, with 1.9% finance rate for the following sixty four (64) months, no money down, taxes and license fees included in the purchase price-what a deal!!!!
Cons: power door locks
Advice: Great little car for running around town. Room for family and bags.drive was great. I needed a winter car that was cheep. The lease was great. I have a sports car and dont want to kill it in the winter.
