Overall rating mid point due to fuel economy. I figured gas milage at better than 18 mpg highway at 65 mph.

2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser - Base

    Pros: Interior flexability.

    Cons: Size of tires.

Advice: It is basically a mini-minivan and if you know that you'll be happy.

Everything working great. Engine a little low on performance but I didn't buy it for a sport car. Cruises I-95 at 80mph with no problems. Gas mileage so far right at 20mpg.

2002 Chrysler Sebring - LXi Coupe

    Pros: Styling and performance

Cons: Tight squeeze while getting into and out of back seat

Advice: Don't be surprised at its all-around quality

An excellent value in my estimation. Compared cars priced at $10,000 more - the Sebring LXI 3.0 liter coupe (loaded) beat them all. Superb styling, very sound with a 'BMW-like' feel (I know because I drove one for five years). Superior in the snow (even without studs or snow tires). Remarkably quick. Access to back seat is a squeeze...but then, the back seat is hardly used. Leg room, once back there, is bearable.
