    2004 Chevrolet Colorado - w/Z85 Standard/1SB 4x2 Crew Cab

    Pros: Appearance and ride

Cons: Rear seat head rests limit rear vision.

Advice: Run, dont walk to your nearest Chev dealer!

Love my new Colorado crew cab. Fit and finish first class. Comfort excellent. Handling excellent. Economy great. Appearance superb, a real head turner. Rides like a luxury car. Ps, Pb, Antilock brakes, Elec windows, mirrors etc great. Head rests in back seat limit rear visibilty but it has great mirrors. Radio with CD player wonderful, great sound with tons of options. Chev deserves a blue ribbon for this truck and its affordable. So quiet you cant hear the engine. AC very effective. This midsize truck from Chev. deserves your serious consideration!!

    2004 Chevrolet Colorado - w/Z71 Off-Road/1SE 4x2 Crew Cab

Pros: When My lease is up in 44 more months

Cons: The service, quality, and the vehicle

    Advice: Do not buy

One of the worst vehicles I have ever owned this will be the last GM Vehicle I buy. This new vehicle has spent more time in the shop than any of my other vehicles added up together. GM will not stand behind there vehicle and replace it with a new one. They just want this unsafe vehicle to keep going into the shop.

2004 Chevrolet Colorado - LS w/ZQ8 Sport 4x2 Regular Cab

    Pros: roominess of cab!!!!

Cons: lack of an extra 30 to 50 hp. Turbo??????? rear disc brakes

Advice: Get in one and DRIVE IT.

Was in love from first moment i sat in it. Handles like a dream. Very sexy truck. You can only appreciate it once on the open road. If you have one, gotta try intake system and exhaust changes. If you loved it before this you won't let it out you sight afterwards.

    2004 Chevrolet Colorado - w/Z71 Off-Road/1SE 4x2 Crew Cab

Pros: Even though I have had problems with this truck and would not consider buying another GM vehicle. It is fun to drive and good on gas.

Cons: All of the problems with this vehicle

Advice: Look at a different style of truck.

I bought a Colorado in April of 2004. This truck has been in the shop for a wide range of problems from the A/C not working properly, doors not being placed properly on the frame, and having to have the transmission replaced all of this within four month of purchase of a new vehicle from the dealer. When I asked GM Copr. Office for help they basicly told me to sue. SO BUYER BE WARE

    2004 Chevrolet Colorado - w/Z85 Standard/1SC 4x2 Crew Cab

    Pros: Fuel econmony

    Cons: haven't found anything

    Advice: buy

Ride is smooth but typical truck, you know you are not in a sedan. Handling is excellent. Performance for a middle of the car/suv/truck vehicle is very nice. After reviewing the fuel economy.gov web site, this vehicle is among highest rated for trucks. Came with favorite options standard, tilt/cruise/pwr windows/locks, am/fm/cd and keyless entry. Sporty looking and room for 6' driver/passengers. While towing is limited to 4000 lbs it handles trailer nicely with/without load. The I-5 220hp engine is responsive with the automatic which has the best tow rating.
