2007 Chevrolet Cobalt - LS Sedan

    Pros: the style/ Overall appearance

    Cons: feel of the seating

Advice: beware to spend alot less than you thought

Think Better running, quieter, sportier, Saturn ion. The car has a lot of get-up and go. I purchased a cherry red 2007 and i couldn't be happier. The iPod jack is a HUGE bonus considering the stock system isn't half bad. Nice big trunk for subs/amp. The only gripe i have with the car is the feel of the bucket front seats. Maybe b/c i'm used to low, mustang style seats, but these seats don't feel right. also minor gripe: changing the headlights is a pain in the ass.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - LS Sedan

Pros: The power for a small car and looks.

Cons: cruse control button to close for set and resum.

Advice: Back is real hard to keep clean but it looks good when it is.

Like the car so much bought one for my wife. The gas milage is 28+ driving to work with the air on, air off 33, on the highway if you keep it at 55 to 60 it will get up to 40 with air off 34 with air on. the car runs out good with a lot of power, however on straight roads it seem to float a little on back roads it handles well. The braking is very good handles well on quit stops. The car has blind spots when backing up even worst with air foil.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - SS Coupe

    Pros: Alot of power

    Cons: nothing

Advice: If you can, get the 2.4L engine. It's a dramatic improvement over the 2.2L

I am absolutely amazed at the power of the 2.4L engine. I can hardly believe that it isn't a V6. The handling of this car is superb and the SS suspension is extremely responsive if not a little bumpy on rough roads. The car feels solid as a rock (in a good way) through curves and on the freeway. Fuel economy is great for the power it puts out; about 28 mpg when I'm really gunning it with a mix of highway and city driving.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - LTZ Sedan

Pros: Price, economy, stereo, remote fob, standard features on LTZ

Cons: Sunroof over car when open (noisy), low seats, low headroom

    Advice: Be objective!

Realizing that you have an economy car (4cyl, less than 20k), the overall performance is NOT bad (MPG vs acceleration). The ride is fantastic, quiet, and fast enough. There will always be a faster car, but I like averaging 28mpg overall. The stereo is awesome, especially the standard MP3 adapter.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - LT Coupe

Pros: Wheels & Tires and everything else

    Cons: Nothing

Advice: It's a great car for its price. Great value, performance, handling, interior, the list goes on

I just got this car today and I love it. The wheels look nice against the black. The interior features are cool. I'm a college student and needed something easy on gas but I wanted something that looked... 'not cheap'. It's definitely sporty and I can't wait to customize.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - SS Supercharged Coupe

    Pros: Powerfull 2.0 Engine

    Cons: Front wheel drive.

Advice: Buy it it is a great deal you arnt gonna find another car with such a powerfull engine for that kind of money.

I really enjoy this car it handles well and has great power. It turns a lot of heads expecallly the laser metallic blue. The only downfall that i have is that it is front wheel drive. Another thing i like is GM offers upgrades on the supercharger, which will move it from 205hp to about 275hp.

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt - LT Sedan

Pros: THE QUITENESS OF THE CAR

    Cons: ALL THE PROBLEMS

Advice: MAKE YOU TEST DRIVE AND IF NOT HAPPY DO A LEMON LAW OR GM BUY BACK

I have had my 2006 Chevy Colbat for 10 months now. I have also had this car in the shop 18 different times for different things. I am paying over 16,000 for this vechile. I have had the steering wheel vibrate, the shifter had to be changed, sun roof fixed, tire rotation 4 times, abs module go out twice on me. Gas gauge mess up twice, awful smell come from exhault and thew the vents. Steering wheel after being fixed put in incorrectly, now when i drive it stright the steering wheel is turned right. Brakes makes a funny nois. Half of this is duplicate stuff that I thought was fixed and Still messing up? Any one else think this is a Lemon Car?? if you have any question please send me a email?
