    2011 BMW 135

    Pros: everything

Great car for 2 people. I have the 2011 135i coupe version and would highly recomend to all. It's very fast with the 7 speed trans. no turbo lag and the car magazine test indicate 0-60 under 5 seconds which I can say is right on. Needless to say you can surprise many! Comfort is not as good as the 328 owned in 2007 but it has all the options as in the 3 and the ride is better than most smaller cars. Can't take this car anywhere without getting very positive comments from strangers. So if looking for a rocket with all the bells and whistles this is the one! Once you test drive you'll know what I mean....

    2007 BMW 335

    Worst Bimmer I've had

    Pros: handles well

    Cons: electrical system

This car has had major electrical problems. On seemingly random occasions, the headlights have turned on while the car has been parked, draining the battery and necessitating a jump start. I've taken the car to BMW dealer many times, and communicated w/ BMW customer relations. THey've told me the car is performaing normally and the only problem they've found is the lights have been left on! However, I never leave the lights on and normally they turn off when the ignition is turned off. Watch out!

    A Driver's Car

Pros: Manual transmission with 300hp twin turbo and sports package.

    Cons: RFTs

Excellent handling with comfort. RFT's degrade handling and comfort minimally, will most likely replace with regular tires.

    2009 BMW 328

Run Flat Tires are a disaster

    Pros: hard top

    Cons: Bridgestone run flat tires

I have had my BMW 3 series hardtop convertible for a year and a half. The car handles very well but the suspension can be jarring and the run flat tires are a disaster. I have been driving for almost 30 years and have never had one tire blow in any car until the 3 series BMW convertible with Bridgestone run flat tires. I have had 2 blow outs on 2 separate occasions by hitting pot holes. At over $300 a tire to mount a new tire it is getting expensive to drive this car. Also when accelerating from a near stop there is a pronounced hesitation by the engine (328 V6 model). I did not expect either of these two major flaws to crop up on a car that cost this much $$$. My 740 il had none of these problems.

    2006 BMW Z4

Pros: The handling ability on the road.

    Cons: lack of space

I received my z4 for my 50th anniversary from a fantastic husband, who thought his wife needed a little red car. I have thoroughly enjoyed the car, some time I wish for a little more space, but the sporty look makes up for it. It is a great car for this grannie!
