Pros: Great price with a lot of options. Solid. Quality.
Cons: The acceleration could be better.
Advice: If you're not looking for real sporty looks, but an affordable, quality car loaded with options, this car is great!
Very smooth and quiet ride. Affordable with a lot of options. The S model comes with a spoiler and sporty steering wheel. The fog lights also give this car more character. Great gas mileage!

2002 Toyota Tacoma - (M5) 4x4 Xtracab
Submitted on 12/14/2001 8:37:48 PM- Summary
Pros: TRD package
Cons: price price price
Advice: if you want a true off road truck this is it
i have a 4x4 xcab 4banger toy with the TRD package with the locking dif. Let me tell you that this 4banger truck goes places most Z71's and other full size trucks could only dream. It's so refined and smooth yet it can play in the rough stuff too. It's truely a swiss army knife. It's priced high but i belive you get what you pay for as I owned a GMC and it was a hunk of junk.

Pros: Good Sound, but too pricey CD player.
Cons: No Seat covers like the Echo
Advice: Remember, ~$1500-2000 less is invoice price.
Good all-round, cute Spoiler. If you're in a hot area, remember interior color is important. Black=HOT! :) Pickup acceptable for vehicle (4 cyl) good gas, and control good. No ABS though :(

2002 Toyota Celica - GTS (M6)
Submitted on 11/29/2001 2:16:38 AM- Summary
Pros: Handling
Cons: Visibility
Advice: Buy a manual celica. If you don't know stick, then learn!
The 2000+ celica is a great blend of looks, fun, performance, and practicality. The car handles great and has impressive acceleration for such a small engine. It takes some getting used to, but once you are acquainted with the high-reving 4-banger, you can really fly in this car. The hatchback trunk is huge and gets even bigger with the rear seats folded down. The GT-S gets good fuel mileage, but this is somewhat offset by its premium gas requirement. So if you want something unique, reliable, and fun, go for the celica.

Pros: Handling
Cons: Power
Advice: If you want something sporty that handles the road nice; then the Toyota Celica is for you! All your friends will envy you!
I own a 2001 Celica and it is my first car! I love the handling and sporty looks of the car! It holds the road very nicely and the braking and acceleration are very precise. I know that in the future when I am looking to buying a newer car, I will definitly consider buying another Toyota Celica!
