Best Car I Ever Owned: Prius

Pros: 52 MPG on the highway, fully loaded with people and cargo

Cons: Glove compartment finish on 2005 model scratches easily

As kids we thought of taking energy from braking with generators, be we couldn't control the process fast enough with mechanical switching. 30= years later fast microcomputers made it all controllable. Besides the excellent technology, the appointments, gadgets, and performance are great. Traction control on ice and hard pack snow is marvelous. This is bar-none the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 45 years of driving.

great vehicle

Pros: automatic cooling in summer

Cons: no power seat

has all the features I wish were on the 2008 prius I previously owned. fantastic mileage more power better power in power mode

Great technology

Pros: hybrid technology

Cons: The car gets buffeted In high winds

My Prius is a level 6 with leather seats, navigation and all the bells and whistles available. The ride is comfortable with ample leg room in front and rear. I've driven 37000 miles with out any problems at all. The average MPG since we have this car is just under 48mpg. This is a leased vehicle and I am considering buying the car at the end of the lease

Just what I Wanted

Pros: everything

Cons: nothing

Have had my Prius over a week and I love it. The ride is great , gas milage is wonderful, plenty of room for 4, have not tried 5 people in the car yet. It is a great car!!!

Help save the earth

Pros: average between 50 to 54 miles per gal., per tank of gas!!!

Cons: nothing

Very ahead of its time car! Runs on electric alot of the time, even on interstate! Engine shuts off every time you take foot off gas pedal, even on interstate, at red lights and stop signs to, unless battery needs charging are catalytic converter needs to be heated up for emissions! It is reported that it saves 2 tons of carbon a year in the air compaired to every day gas burning car!!!!

Love my car; especially the mileage

Pros: gas economy

Cons: Couldn't get leather upholstery on model I wanted.

Very manuverable, lots of speed, easy to care for. Great for hauling large purchases. Lots of room for so small a vehicle.
