engine has a problem with excess use of oil. If problem with oil is fixed will recommend to others
This is an excellent vehicle. It is comfortable and roomy specially for cargo. With the back seats folded down you have more than enough room for carting anything around. There is plenty of head and leg room. The MPG is the best. I am getting 45 MPG after 5 years of long distance driving. This is not a sports car so yes the pick up is a bit slow but considering the MPG it is well worth it.
This is not the fanciest car but it is a workhorse. It's reliable and inexpensive to keep up. I don't have many of the extras on this car but it gets the job done. I commute 35 miles each way to and from work and so far I've only changed the oil, air filters, and tires. I highly recommend this car if you need something reliable over flashy.
Gas sipper, great so far

Cons: Placement of cup holders, center mounted speedometerFound a low mileage four door basic sedan Yaris and got a good deal on it. I am pastor of a church and need a reliable little car that gets good gas mileage for my many trips to visit folks and do church business. This seems perfect so far
INEXPENSIVE TO DRIVE

Cons: ROOMINESSI switched from a minivan to my Yaris when gas prices went their highest several years ago. Good move - from that aspect.
