2005 Toyota Camry Solara - SE Sport (M5) Coupe

Pros: A lot of room in vehicle, and sporty looking

Cons: The look of the control panel

Advice: You can look elsewhere but won't get the quality that comes with this vehicle

What a great car! I purchased the SE model and have no regrets. I was looking for a family vehicle but wanted something sporty also. That is exactly what I got. Very roomy and after 20,000 miles, it still drives like its brand new. Would recommend to anyone.

2005 Toyota Camry Solara - SLE Convertible

    Pros: the complete styling

Cons: wish the SLE came with the exterior sport package

Advice: once you test drive it you will be hooked

test drove the SLE V6 convertible loved it and bought it. the ride is smooth and the interior and exteriors style is great! its the poor mans lexus --that is if you consider 34K a poor mans car! toyota really spent a lot of time in the styling and features of this car and makes the cost well worth it.

2005 Toyota Camry Solara - SLE (A4) Coupe

Pros: Push button controls on the steering wheel and also the sun roof

Cons: No power seats on passenger side--very aggravating

Advice: Be prepared for lots of power

I have already driven my Solara SLE 25,000 miles. Toyota quailty is evident with every detail. Styling is timely, the engine too powerful, trunk is roomy, stereo system is excellent. The vehicle has an extremely small turning radius and is easy to handle. I had some trouble with the tire light coming on especially right after servicing due to the sensitive stability system. Now that this vehicle is broken in, its a keeper. I do wish I could purchase mud flaps as I didn't get the sports package with the mask, but the LE edition. I am very pleased, money well spent. Thank you Toyota--

2005 Toyota Camry Solara - SE Sport (M5) Coupe

    Pros: The power and acceleration

Cons: the ride is harsh on the SE sport

Advice: If you want a smooth ride choose the LE

Test drive was short but was very exciting compared with driving the Camry sedan. It is a great looking car and it performs well but needs some refinement in the ride and the handling. The interior is like a Lexus 2005 ES 330,outstanding. For the price, you get what you pay for. That being said, it is a great automobile and toyota has moved the solara up to a higher notch from former models. Just be sure to take a long test drive over bumpy roads and drive the SLE, SE sport and SE to compare the ride of all.
