2002 Toyota Avalon - XLS w/Bucket
Pros: engine/trans response
Cons: finished appearance of door trim panels
Advice: inspect your vehicle carefully before buying, make sure details are addressed
overall response very good..gas mileage met epa specs,,,vehicle quiet ride very good thru 75 m.p.h.,,automatic heater/a/c controls very poor due to hi reflection of daylight reflection,, almost not seeable when bright light reflection shines on window display of settings..takes too much of your time to see where certain settings are and much of the same complaint appies to the sound system settings display.. fine at night with dash lights on but very poor in hi reflective conditions...with abs system brake pedal a little too soft for me..really wonder if the vehicle will stop in time..i have an xls version 2001,, finish very good except for all 4 door trim leather panels,, poor mold while being formed in manufacturing has left raised edges around power window/door lock contols,,looks poor,, toyota inspected and laughed at it and said no help.$36,000 and laughed and said no help!!!what a joke on me...customer satisfaction didn't apply just save the warranty money on replacing the door trim panels...the district service mgr. made that decision on the spot... -
2002 Toyota Avalon - XLS w/Bucket
Pros: CONTROLS ARE CLOSE TO YOUR HANDS, AND CAR RUNS ON REGULAR 87 OCT. GAS

Advice: IF STYLE IS'NT IMPORTANT THIS IS A GREAT CAR
VERY SMOOTH WITH AMPLE POWER. BRAKES FELT GOOD, AND STEREO SOUNDS PLEASING.
