2007 Suzuki XL7 - Luxury w/3rd Row FWD
Pros: Fast, good looking, seats 7, never got stuck in winter, heated seats, loaded.
Cons: Drivers seat very thin, poor turning radius, better mileage if you commute.
Advice: Get the loaded model, I'm very happy with mine.Surprising power from the pedal, lots of dash digital info. Very nice interior and exterior, sporty also. All I'm missing is some rims and I'm set.
2010 Suzuki SX4 - Base (CVT) AWD Crossover
Cons: red backlite on the radio is hard to read
Advice: get the touring package has a lot of options I wish I had gottenI have the CVT transmission which takes a little getting use to but has much better performance and is smoother than the 4 speed auto in the 2009, would've got the manual but I do a lot of stop and go driving. For a small econo car it's got some pep especially in the manual transmission setting. The AWD is great on snow and ice, but had to get snow tires the ones that come with aren't up to handling really bad ice/snow conditions (I live in Colorado)
2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara - Luxury (A5) 4x2
Pros: Steering Wheel Audio Controls
Cons: Back swing door
Advice: BUY IT! You'll Love It!I was very surprized with how well this SUV handles and drives! It surprizes me all the time! It is a great car! I love it!
2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)
Pros: AWD; surprisingly alot of power for this little car. :)
Cons: Blind spot on driver's side between side window and front window. Have to really look carefully.
Advice: I'm happy with my purchase; it's small yet comfy. Very economicalAwesome performance; bought it for travelling up to the mtn. Never have had to put on chains...handles great in snow. I'm glad I bought this car!!
2005 Suzuki Forenza - S (M5) Sedan
Pros: volume on the steering wheel
Cons: the way it drove in rain and snow and the way the horn was situated
Advice: Keep looking around--don't let the appearance fool youI loved this car in the summer, but where I'm from, the winters are brutal and I need a car with good traction when the snow would stick. The Forenza was my worst nightmare, and it spun out from behind me many times, even when I was going very slow. Great for zipping around town if you live somewhere sunny all year long, but if you expect weather like rain and snow at all, I would not recommend this car. Traded it in for the Subaru Impreza.
2007 Suzuki XL7 - Base w/3rd Row AWD
Pros: All of the standard features: auto climate control, traction control, daytime lights, etc.
Cons: It's a little plain looking
Advice: The slightly higher end models have remote start, may be worth considering.I have owned this vehicle for a little over 4 months and am very happy with my choice. Here in Colorado, I got my 1st chance to test drive this in the snow and ice, and it passed with flying colors! This is a great all weather vehicle. Compared to the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander, the fuel economy is virtually the same, the car is much quicker than either, as well as many cars. In real world, you should be able to buy this for at least $10k cheaper than either of the two. It's definitely worth looking at.
2006 Suzuki Reno - Base (M5)
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: I do wish it got just a bit better gas mileage.
Advice: BUY ONE!I LOVE my Suzi!!! I have never been so happy with a car. This little thing has more room and power than anybody expects. It also handles really well. It also holds up VERY VERY well to rear end impact! While going about 45 mph I was hit from behind by a truck going approx. 70 mph It felt like he just bounced off of my bumper. I couldn't believe how little damage there was! If I was going out today to buy a new car it would most likely be another Reno.
