2003 Suzuki Aerio SX - (M5) FWD Hatchback

    Pros: Small size, price

    Cons: QUALITY

Advice: Short term (less than two years) buy.

Front lower bumper is weak and comes apart, the brakes shudder and grind (although they've been replaced 4 times), cd player doesn't work, the steering wheel shudders over 65 mph, the electrical system died and had to be replaced and had to obtain a totally new engine -- all with a little over 3 years of ownership.

    2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)

    Pros: Keyless entry/start

Cons: No arm rest and the gas tank is to small

Advice: Give it a shot. You won't be dissapointed.

I have had the SX4 for about 2 weeks and I'm really glad I made the purchase. I have been averaging 27 mpg. I like the 3-mode AWD. The best thing is you don't need a key to open or start the vehicle just place the transmiter in your pocket and thats it,no fumbling with remotes or keys. The sound system is great, it really kicks out the tunes. It is comfortable enough to take on long trips and is just a fun car to drive. This car is also loaded with every saftey feature you can think of.

2005 Suzuki Aerio SX - (M5) FWD Hatchback

    Pros: The stereo system

    Cons: Everything else

Advice: Stay clear, buyer beware, the trade in value is horrible, ive lost almost 10,000 dollars on it already.

I have had my Aerio for less than 2 years and have had to replace my tires 3 times aleady because the way the car is made it wears extremely fast on the rear tires from the outside tread in. Suzuki claims it is a tire problem, and tht the Yokohomo tires that come stock are terrible, but I have had 3 different types of tires on this thing, and they all go bald around 7,000 miles. Also, uncontrollable shaking from the steering wheel above 60 is another common problem myslef and other owners are experiencing. If you want to spend a fortune on new tires all the time, this is the car for you.

    2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)

    Pros: AWD with ESP

    Cons: Sub Woofer is cheap

Advice: Try one. You'll like it.

Great little car for the money. Handles great. You won't see yourself on every corner. AWD system with ESP works excellent. Pay the extra for the top of the line model. You won't be disapppointed.

    2007 Suzuki SX4 - Sport (M5)

Pros: smart pass keyless entry, steering wheel radio controls

Cons: no middle compartment, could use an extra cigarette lighter/ power source

Advice: If you need an AWD but can't afford the big bucks, this is your car.

The vehicle handles great. The steering is very tight on the highway and responds very quickly. It does loosen up a bit around when turning but it still handles adequately there too. The acceleration is lacking a little bit but it's plenty to pass cars or make quick turns. I noticed that it seemed to be a little jerky when stepping on the gas but that's slowly improving as the car is broken in. There is a suprising amount of interior room and I love the controls on the steering wheel and the XM radio built in. It could use a compartment between the seats and some features like automatic door locking once you start driving but overall, it's a great value for the money and I highly recommend.
