Pros: Everything is awesome
Advice: Put your $500 deposit right now because I had to wait two months for my car to come in.The car is amazing. It handles awesome, the sound system is great, and I really love the panoramic roof. For the money, this is definetely one of the best deals you will find. Hurry up and get yours before the price starts going up...
Cons: Gasoline Mileage
Advice: Do Not buy this vehicle due to very poor gasoline mileage.'Deceptive and False advertising by Toyota' , Toyota advertises on Window Sticker Invoice indicating this Scion TC will get between '23 MPG to 30 MPG' by owner purchasing this vehicle. My records show Very poor gas mileage on this Scion TC vehicle. I am only realizing between 20 to 21 MPG recorded with each refill at speeds averaging 50 MPH to 60MPH daily traveling to and from work from Niles Illinois to Evanston Illinois. This vehicle purchased new with 65 miles on vehiclle the mileage presently is over 34000.
Pros: the handle of the car
Advice: buy one its great on gasive only got 1200 miles on this veh.and its the best car i have ever driven. toyota did it again. you just can't bet there cars. i will never buy another brand again
Pros: The body style
Cons: Having to order and wait for delivery, these cars are pre-selling and hard to find!
Advice: Go on the Scion website and choose your color and options, then search by dealerOne of the best values on the road today. The car is loaded with so many features, I really didn't see any need to buy any additional upgrades. The side curtain air bags would be an option I would recomend. The car handles well, a good balance between comfort and speed. I looked at Mazsa, Honda, and Nissan, but the Scion really impressed me the most. The no haggle buying experience at the dealership just made my purchase a joy.
Pros: Panoramic sunroof
Cons: No place to put a map book
Advice: Buy it, you can't help but love itGood pick up, especially for a 4 cylinder engine.
Pros: Sun Roof
Cons: Cover over Radio
Advice: For the price you can't find anything better... I tried!I love this car! For the price and quality it can't be beat. I had a 2005 Chevy Equinox I traded in to get this because I was so impressed and I'm glad I did. Interior is roomy and the materials are superb, engine is peppy and unlike any 4 cylinder I've ever drove. So far gas mileage is exactly as quoted on the sticker unlike alot of General Motor cars. Averaging about 29 to 30mpg on Highway and about 25-27 with a good mix of city driving. I've gotten more compliments on this car then all my other cars combined. Everyone who sits in it or sees it loves it. If your looking for a car that should be priced about $23,500 but you want to pay about $16,500 for it then this is the car for you!
Pros: The engine - 2.4 Liter, has good kick
Cons: The shallow trunk
Advice: Test drive it (if you can find one), you'll like itThis car mops the floor with other cars in the same class. It comes loaded with standard features and it has a strong engine. Test drive it, you'll love it! The handling is good too, I've taken turns to the point where the wheels start to slide. It takes a lot to get to that point and I felt in control the whole time. The trunk is slightly annyoying, as it is very shallow unless you fold down the back seats. Overall it is a very fun and well put togher car!
