Pros: Interior, ie knee room
Advice: you can HAGGLE the price down approx. $1400.00I test drove approx. ten cars, and my L-300 was the best for the $$$.
Pros: Drives like a dream, steers so easily.
Cons: Can't think of a thing, yet.
Advice: Give it a real drive, superior handling!!Totally impressed with the ride and easy driving of this vehicle, as was my husband. We were ready to give up on the SUV market becuse of the high prices, however, Saturn has a real winner with the sport package on the stick shift 4 cyl. model. People can't believe the price & features. Got over 24 mpg the first week, and city driving is wicked on mileage in Florida. Take it for a ride and you will be sold, too!!
Pros: Smooth-shifting and powerful engine
Cons: Seats could be more comfortable
Advice: Overall, is a good value for your money and comes with many good standard features (SL2 model)It drove very smoothly and steering was very responsive. it had good acceleration ad adequate braking (with ABS/traction control). The road noise was minimal and the upgraded stereo had good sound.
Advice: blue springs mo saturnI liked
Pros: I love the exterior look of the VUE
Cons: The quality of the 'plastic' used on the interior
Advice: Get it loaded!I stopped by my local Saturn dealer just to look at the VUE. There were so few in stock that is was hard to determine what options looked like since I could not see them on the lot. It was a plus that I could order a VUE and that is what I have done. I loved the no hassle sales approach but had to walk out the door before they gave me what I wanted for my trade. The VUE gave me a great view of the road and drove well. I cant wait for mine to come in from the factory.
Pros: Interior Space, MPG, looks,
Cons: Interior fit & finish
Advice: Get the special package now - if you like manual transSpecial edition package with 5 speed manual/FWD/power/cruise/passive security/cd w/6 speakers/alloy wheels/sunroof, for 16,995 (includes freight) with lots of room and great gas mileage. Same wheelbase as jeep Grand. It can't be beat. Almost settled on Jetta wagon, but VW didn't have what I wanted and lucky to stop by Saturn, which is no hassle and a pleasant change of pace. Two road trips with 4 people and loaded down, got 26.8 MPG - As good as my 4cyl Accord auto. Check it out-handles well, and can't be beat for room/MPG/versatility. CRV is ugly next to it
Pros: I like the fold down cargo rack for packages.
Cons: There seems to be excessive 'play' in the steering wheel.
Advice: Test drive it for a couple of days.I love being higher up when I'm driving! It's an automatic and the gears change so very smoothly. Has a nice pick up, not racy, but quick enough.
