2004 Pontiac Grand Prix - GT1
Pros: The newly styled body
Cons: Console shift could be a bit more appealing
Advice: Test drive this car-I have been approached by numerous on lookersThe Grand Prix has been totally redisgned for 2004. The interior has been impressively upgraded from years past. The GM 3800 series engine is standard in 2004 with 200 HP and 230 ft. torque. For those of you wanting a little more, the GTP offers a 260 HP and 280 ft. torque, but you'll pay for it. The GT1 (base) comes nicely equiped, although I opted for the 16' aluminum 5 spoke wheels and anti-lock barkes. Great riding car, a bit tighter than my 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES-but gave up some interior room. Test drive this car before considering some comparable import.
