Cons: seats could be softer
Advice: not a family car, otherwise buy it! Affordable. It's almost pertect. The sport tires and custom wheels blow the field away in style. The power, WOW! The accelleration is unbelievable! Other vehicles in it's class feel sluggish after an exhilerating spin in the SPEC V. Mash the gas pedal after shifting into second and feel the G's. Handles beautifully. Interior? Unique and very attractive. Body style impressive, people notice you. Seats could be more cushy.
Pros: Feeling of comfort
Cons: Actual passenger space and cargo space
Advice: Go for itAfter having test driven 2 different Sentras I was hooked. The seating could be more comfortable and there could be more leg room, but I get an overpowering sense of comfort. It was well equiped on the GXE models without adding anything, and this I really liked.
Pros: The comfort of the car.
Cons: The back end is too round.
Advice: Make sure you like stick. It's a fun car.I test drove the Spec-V, Honda Civic EX, Saturn LS-2. I did a lot of research on a dozen cars and my final decision was the Spec-V. You go with the better of the two Sentra's for 2002 and you get a better buy. The stereo system is very nice and the handling of the car says it all. The acceleration is much better than the Civic EX, which is a popular car... I still get more people looking my way because it is not a car seen a lot on the streets.
Pros: 7 speaker stereo
Advice: After test driving a new Toyota Corolla and/or Honda Civic - the new Nissan Sentra is BY FAR the BEST CAR of the Corolla and Civic put together! You get more BANG for your buck with the Nissan Sentra. The Nissan Sentra was redesigned a couple years ago and is now a better competitor for the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic. I still have my '94 Corolla with 130,000 miles on it because it's been so reliable. But after researching and test driving all three newer models of Toyota, Honda and Nissan I found I was still getting a very reliable vehicle with the Nissan Sentra for far less than Toyota AND the Sentra has LOTS more extras and better comfort overall.
Pros: the engine
Cons: The fact that it was four door not two door
Advice: check out the red it looks that bestThe drive was cumforatble but yet starteling when i think of sporty imports i think of two door. but
