Could use a bit more oomph
Pros: Sound system (6-Disc changer), Lowness of ride, MPG
Cons: Plastic materials, Acceleration on 2.5LNow, I must say that I have the 2.5L 4, so that is probably why the car takes a bit of time to merge with freeway traffic, but still, I find it annoying. Quality is great, especially the leather on the seats. Interior has a lot of plastic materials, some have broken off (cruise control button, latches on center compartments). Sound quality is amazing. I was considering installing subwoofers in the trunk - but Bose came through for me, showing off their great bass and sound quality. I will say, tho, that I would have liked to see an MP3 plug somewhere in the car. Overall, it is a reliable car. I average 24mpg, up to 31mpg on the freeway. Looks pretty smooth on outside. It is larger than its previous generation - which is always welcome. I bought mine used, but had I had a say in color choice, I would have picked a white, silver, or black - just to have more options in customization. I have the dark red.
Solid, good for the money
Pros: Styling, power, brakes, mileage, handling on curves
Cons: could be little quieterHad car 6 months and 7,000 miles, so still pretty new. On trip of 3300 miles to Florida got 32 mpg and no problems at all. Not as quiet as my Camry, but holds road well and feels secure at 70+ mph. Very good brakes, and powerful for a 4 cyl.
Spiffy pick up
Pros: Pick up and handleing
Cons: Noisy road sounds.I enjoy this car. It's fun to drive, It has great pick up and handling. However that being said,it dosn't have quite the comfort and is noisey from the road and tires.
Pros: Looks & Comfort
Cons: Radio does not play MP3/MWA discsVery happy with all aspects of this car.
Pros: the interior
Advice: buy this cari just love this car becuase it rides so smooth and it bestuiful and it i so awesome haha
Cons: City Mileage
Advice: Buy - Consumer Reports rates the Altima #1.I have a 2005 3.5 SE. The car is scarey fast, looks fantastic, only maintenance issue was a loose window mechanism on the drivers door, and gets fantastic mileage. Average 32 mpg on the highway at 70 mph. Best car I've had and I've owned 30+.
Pros: CVT, Mileage 27 city/45 hwy (I also amazed to see that when I reached FL in half tank)
Cons: Road and AC noise, which won't make your ride too quite.
Advice: Get it with full 2.5 SL adn other add-ons, you won't need to have any costly luxury cars.Wow! It was really a smooth drive and had never feel gear change due to its CVT. Even at speed between 40-45 RPMs are below 1500. Nice comfortable drive with whole family. Love it.
