2003 Volkswagen Passat - GLX (A5) FWD Sedan

Very nice ride and comfortable interior, getting outdated but very happy with car. The GLX has just about all you need in comfort and some luxury. Will hate to say goodbye to it.

    2004 Volkswagen Touareg

    Touareg Magic

    Pros: Luxury and Performance

    Cons: High maintenance cost

I have owned my 2004 Touareg (V8) since new and enjoyed every moment of ownership. All aspects of the SUV (power, construction quality, comfort, etc.) are outstanding except the high cost of wear items, e.g. brakes, rotors, etc., but this is a small price to pay for a vehicle that provides so much joy to drive. Although the Touareg weighs in at 5300 lbs., the 310 HP motor will provide plenty of power to propel the SUV from stand-still and roll-on in a manner that almost makes you believe you are in a sports car. By the way, I also own a BMW M5 that I enjoy driving but for all purpose driving I pick the Touareg.

    2004 Volkswagen Touareg

    Never Again

    Pros: The style

Cons: That the car did not make it to 100,000 miles without major repairs.

This car has been the worst car I have ever purchased. I have purchased 16 new cars from BMW to Jeeps. I have had close to 8 thousand dollars in repairs over the past 6 yrs with this car, from drive shaft, ele issues to tranmission and 4 CD players. I will never buy another VW.

2004 Volkswagen Passat - GLS (M5) FWD Sedan

Pros: the leaking moonroof cause you always got a free shower

    Cons: the color

Advice: i pray that you will ride a bike before you drive this car

this car began to fall apart about a month after we got it and it began a cycle of one thing after another some how i was dumb when the dealer wanted us to trade it in on a 2005 saying that 2004 was just a bad year well how wrong was he cause the 05 was way worse then the 04 a my husband just sold it for what we could get out of it about a 1/4th of what we paid for the thing
