Pros: homie and quick reaction vehicle
Cons: overpriced since this is the smallest SUV around.
Advice: cr-v or x-terra but if your budget is only 20,000 then buy it.I checked out other SUV's I finally settled for this SUV and it rides very good, as we know mechanically they are good, but overpriced for an SUV.I find that toyota steals your money the highest among others but it is a good ride.Fits anywhere. the lowest based priced SUV around but if I only had another 1,000 dollars I'd settled for an x-terra or honda cr-v.
Pros: seats and handling
Cons: odometer visibility and size of the sun visors
Advice: make certain that you know the options which are available and know that the ones you desire are present on the vehical you are looking at.drives like a champion. odometers impossible to read while driving. this makes it hard to follow driving directions at night on country roads. compares well with our 1996 cad sedan deville in almost all respects.
Pros: V6 Engine - very quiet and smooth; 4 speed automatic transmission - extremely smooth; Very roomy
Advice: Have a test drive your self.Execellent car. It is a lot quieter than than all the cars that I have drived in this class. Very smooth ride. Quality is second to none.
Pros: Trip computer
Cons: Transmission will delay shift (higher rpms) into high 3 & 4 gears until it has warmed up. Takes only a few minutes.
Advice: Autofair of Manchester NH has prices are $200 over invoiceThe ride is extremly smooth on highways and secondary roads. On snow, icy roads the car handled very well. The skid and traction control gave an additional feeling of security. The climate control works very well. The side vents are always on. There is plenty of room for my family of 4 adults. I wanted the six cylinder because of vacation travel including a lot of highway driving. So far I am getting 25 mpg with about 2000 miles on the car on regular gas.
Pros: LOOKS, REPUTATION
Cons: OPTION PKG COMBINATIONS
Advice: IF YOU HAVEN'T OWNED A TOYOTA, YOU WILL LEARN THEY MISS STANDARDS, LIKE AIRCONDITIONING. BUY A 4RUNNER.You cannot configure the car in order to buy, the option package combinations are impossible to figure out. The LIST price becomes very misleading-FAST! Buy a 4runner.
Pros: sound system
Cons: moon roof
Advice: dive it you will like itI like it so well that I purshased it.
Pros: 4WD and a manual 5 speed
Cons: Engine Noise at high speeds 75 - 100mph
Advice: Get the extended cab so you'll have some room to throw your stuff, so it doesn't go flying all over when you go off roadGreat Truck. I was pleasantly surprise with the power of this 4 banger
