Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
The 2015 Hyundai Genesis is an outstanding vehicle with an exceptional value. I've owned the car for a two months and have driven almost 2000 miles. The car is roomy, extreme;y quiet an easy to drive. The Genesis is loaded with features galore including an array of safety features. I've owned
I've had it for four months and it is the best Acura I've owned yet (this is my fourth). The large screen for the Nav system is very bright and is easy to see. The whole car is real quality.
worse car I have ever owned
I have no doubt I would give the overall rating of this car 5 stars were it not for the arrogance of the manufacturer to own up to problems and provided quality customer service. But, Toyota, like most auto manufacturers is only interested in the bottom line and will ignore known problems, even try to hide them. This car is superb in so many ways, that it is disgusting the manufacturer would allow ill will to exist on peripheral issues. Our big issue is the abominable navigation system.
As one who has owned cars from Chrevrolets to Cadillacs I have found the Avalon to be the most comfortable and economical car of all. I have owned. All have been very dependable. 2 were given to my kids after my use. All have had at least 160,000 trouble-free miles.
The overall quality of the Volt is well above average for a Chevrolet car of any kind. The drive is very smooth, a little eerie how quite it is, acceleration is good and the brakes are strong. Body roll is low and handling is overall impressive considering the hard compound tires and eco nature of the car. It is nice having the 2 screens with more information than you could want. With the tax incentives factored in the car is a great price. I have only put gas in it 3 times in 8 months!
As Volkswagens go, this one has been relatively trouble-free. The most expensive out-of-pocket repair I've experienced in 8 years was $1400 (build-up in 2 of the engine cylinders). Prior to that, there was recall item covered under warranty. Beyond those items, maintenance hasn't been too pricey. The car is comfortable, performs well in the city and on the highway and is good on gas. Big trunk + fold-down rear seats = tons of carrying capacity when needed.
