    2009 Porsche Cayenne - Base (M6)

    Pros: Comfort-- I'm 6'5

    Cons: Trunk a little small

Advice: Drive it-- you'll love it.

I have two of these-=- one V-6 and another V-8.. The v-8's performance is like having a Corvette in 4 wheel drive.. Excellent snow performance as well as spors car handling at very high speeds. My wife drives her V-6 and she loves it -- little slow for me, but pretty standard for it's size against other cars..

    2010 Porsche Panamera - 4S AWD

Pros: The sport car performance without the limitations

Cons: The fat key that requires fumbling at insertion

    Advice: No 'skeletons' yet!

Only have 1900 miles on the odometer, so haven't given it everything, but I can't imagine that off the track you can use any more performance than this car provides, and I'll bet it will give more on the track than lots of lighter two-door sport cars. The transmission/suspension has three sport settings at the touch of the button that range from soft and economical to 'Holy S--t!!'. The new dual clutch transmission is very quick but has a few surprise jerks when coming to a stop at the light. When set to do so, at the long lights, the engine will shut off as long as the foot's on the brake. Overall fuel economy is just under 20mi/gal. I love it!

    2009 Porsche Boxster - S

    Pros: Great performance

Cons: Not the most comfortable car, especially for a tall driver or passenger.

Advice: If you want great Porsche performance, and don't mind feeling a little cramped in a roadster, buy this car.

The 2009 Porsche Boxster is a flat-out high performance machine. The six-cylinder engine offers more power than you might imagine, and the suspension is tuned to maximize handling. As roadsters go, it would be very difficult to beat this one. The top goes down in a mere 12 seconds, and the engine hums along beautifully. For all that you get, the price is nice - around $47,000.
