2004 Nissan Titan - SE 4x4 King Cab
Pros: Power; comfort
Advice: Purchase something else or wait until Nissan works out the bugsMy Titan has been in the shop since the day I purchased it 2 weeks ; problems with the computers have yet to be resolved by the dealer or Nissan. Nissan Consumer Affairs has been completely non-responsive.
2004 Nissan Titan - LE 4x4 Crew Cab
Pros: Everything! Versatility , Engine, Room, Looks, Standard Features.
Cons: Heavy tailgate, it needs the F150 assist lift.
Advice: Test them all, and compare apples to apples on pricing!Drivers start your engines!!! There was a moment right after I turned the ignition that I thought I was in a NASCAR. The deep throaty engine responds on every touch of the throttle, letting you know there are 305 Horses under the hood just dying to be let go. I'm not sure there is a better all around full size pickup on the market. My dad owns a 2003 Chevy 1500, brother a 2002 1500 Dodge, and I drove the the 2004 F150 extensively before buying the Nissan. Neither of the 3 compare overall, though they each have there bright spots. I haven't even brought up how much more truck you get for the money. The LE has more standard options than the F150, and is 4 to 5K cheaper. I have X-plan pricing and still the Titan was a better deal. I could go on and on, but in short, go drive one, in fact do what I did, pick a dealer that has Nissans and Ford's together or Chevy's and drive each back to back. You'll soon be driving a Titan, and be the envy of the neighborhood.
2004 Nissan Titan - LE 4x4 Crew Cab

2004 Nissan Titan - SE 4x4 Crew Cab
Pros: 305 hp.
Cons: material on the seats
Advice: if you drive it, you're going to want itTook a test drive on 2-9-04. Very nice. Lots of power. Easy to drive. This one had the off road package, a must option, highly recommend it. It's definately going to compete with Ford, Chevy, and Dodge. Very roomy and well suited. A very nice vehicle. Will probably buy one. Haven't found the one with the right color/options yet.
2004 Nissan Titan - SE 4x2 King Cab
Pros: Power, styling and comfort.
Cons: Only thing I don't really like is the position of the front turn signals....
Advice: If you want a specific color, get one quick since there are only 100,000 in the USA!This truck has plenty of power, comfort and style! Drives great on the highway and has plenty of creature comforts! Power band just begs for a heavy load and the looks draw curious admirers everywhere I stop. Everyone leaves with a new respect for Nissan and truly appreciate the truck. Lastly, it is extremely nice to drive something that is not a cookie cutter image of everything else on the road.
