    2006 Mazda MAZDA6 - i Grand Touring (A5) Sedan

Pros: Sporty 4 cylinder that produces as advertised mpg

Cons: I wish it had a bit more room

Advice: Drive the 4 cylinder as well as the 6.

I think that the 07 Mazda6 is a great car for the money. I purchased the 2.3L 4 cylinder i Sport Value Package with the manual transmission. I enjoy the convenience of an automatic, but the manual seemed to have a noticeable amount of 'pep' to it when comparing the two. It drives like a true sports car, yet glides over the terrain similar to a full size sedan. I owned an 01' Honda Accord EX V6 that was probably the best car I'd ever owned, but I have absolutely zero complaints since purchasing the Mazda. The only thing I might give a sure upper hand in, is that fact that Mazda claims there is as much room as an Accord and I found that to be misleading. You can comfortably seat 5 in the Mazda, but it sure doesn't feel as large as the Accord. Other than that, I'd say the Mazda6 is a car that you can enjoy if you're a family man/gal but still wanna 'zoom, zoom' from time to time. It's a fun car to drive.

    2006 Mazda MAZDA6 - i (M5) Hatchback Sport

Pros: Loaded with features such as steering wheel radio controls, side air bags, spoiler, ABS, traction control.

Cons: Not crazy about the upholstery.

Advice: Take a lengthy test drive.

Firm, sporty ride. Feels solid and really hugs the road. We also own a 2006 Jetta and the 6 feels like an equal to the VW for $2K less. Purchased the 4 cyl. auto. and gas mileage has been very near the EPA numbers. Pleased with the purchase thus far. As another reviewer wrote, if you don't need a midsize car, then consider the Mazda 3. I really loved the ease of entry and exit and the overall feel of the 3, but we needed the extra room of the 6. Either way, a car worthy of consideration.

    2006 Mazda MAZDA6 - i Grand Touring (A5) Sedan

Pros: Heated mirrors and leather seats

Cons: Rattles from the dash underpowered motor 4 and 6 cylinder

Advice: Get the best price don't pay to much poor depreciation

Mazda came up with a good vehicle but falls short of other car makers. Like the motor. For cylinder is the best choice. Good japaneese reliability smooth power alittle under powered 180 hp and 170 ft lbs torque would fix that problem. As for the six for Ford it's fine Mazda just an insult. It should have more of a motor for the sport look. 260 hp and 250-270 ft lbs torque should solve that issue. Wait for 2008 model. Handling is superior. Comfort better than average and could be alittle bigger in interior. Build quality is American standard Japaneese standard is below average. Such as rattles and little stuff going wrong, handles, trims, lights and interior trim around dash and windshield rattle. Other than that it's a cheap Japaneese car that should prove worthy.

    2006 Mazda MAZDA6 - i (M5) Hatchback Sport

    Pros: Styling

    Cons: Gear selection

Advice: Buy a 3. If you can live with a little less room you will find the 3 to be a much better car.

Handles very well. Steering is very precise. Love the looks of the car. I do not like the gear selections on the automatic. I have had many little problems with the car. Nothing major. Just a lot of little stuff that causes me to have a lot of time in the dealership.

    2007 Mazda MAZDA6 - i Sport (M5) Sedan

Pros: Air conditionning. It cools down the car really fast.

Cons: Masda sells it as a car the same size as the Camry or Altima. It is a lie.

Advice: If you want a fun driving experiance

This car is fun to drive because it handles well in the corners and zips around town with ease. It is an in between size and perfect for those who find the civic too small and the Altima a bit too large.

    2003 Mazda Mazda6 - s (M5)

    Pros: Most definately the handling

    Cons: Seats are kinda hard

Advice: I would buy one but get it with the leather seats

The performance is all about zoom, zoom, zoom. First year Mazda6 sport is everything they said it should be. I have never had a car that is this much fun to drive. The comfort is lacking in the seats though, could have improved in that area. The turn around radus is a little on the short side as well, but the handling and the power makes up for all that is bad. The styling of the outside of the car, is an eye turner. I get alot of comments of how much people love my car. I bought it brand new in 2003 and wouldn't trade it for no other.
