    2004 Jaguar X-Type - 3.0 (A5)

    Pros: The interior

Cons: The wheels could be a little sexier.

Advice: I recommend this car. Get a warranty with it. They are expensive to fix w/o a warranty.

I couldn't believe how quite the car is. The ride is smooth, yet confident. It handles spectacular in the rain with the AWD. People compliment me on the car on a regular basis. My car is 'Carnival Red Metalic' (candy apple red), with the white leather interior. I haven't had any problems with the car so I'm keeping it. I even extended the warranty. It now has 45,640 miles on it. It's very comfortable to drive in town and even better on open roads. I have had it up to 120+ mph and no drama. It feels very safe at all speeds. It is very well built and a joy to drive. I would buy another Jag.

    Advice: You Only Live Once!

2003 XJ8 - Smooth & Fast Ride, Premium Interior and Glossy! Can pick up like nothing other. Nothing compares to my Topaz Jag. Just purchased as a lease trade-in with very low miles..She Absolutely Commands the Road and cradles the Driver in Luxury. Keeping My little Gold Mercedes for bad weather. LOL!

    2006 Jaguar X-Type - Sedan

Pros: The surprising comfort inside of it while driving.

Cons: The back seats have less leg room than what I am use to.

Advice: If buying used, always buy from a certified jaguar dealer, and take a test ride. Its a great car!

I bought this care used with 13,000 miles. It runs like a charm, and is tight, and handles well. Its beautiful in design, and is quiet inside and surprisingly comfortable to ride in for an AWD vehicle. I am 56 years old and have owned Cadillacs, and high end luxury vehicles, and living in the Northeast with bad winters, high price of gas, its a pleasure to drive this economical AWD that is quite comfortable for me. I give a thumbs up to Jaguar! You've come a long way and have produced a great touring vehicle. By the way, finding the history on a used car is important. This vin number produced it had been an executive rental from the Jaguar dealer I bought it from.

    2007 Jaguar XKR - Coupe

Pros: Beautiful looks and great handling

Cons: The monitor is hard to read in the bright sun

Advice: Get on the list now!

The new XK is a wonderful car with a comfortable interior and fantastic handling. It is very quick and the throttle response is excellent. It is much better looking than a 911 and it has everything you need--except a high end stereo--as standard while the Porsche has very overpriced options that would be needed to make it comparable. This is a great car that turns heads everywhere it goes!

    2004 Jaguar X-Type - 2.5 (M5)

    Pros: looks and comfort

    Cons: reliability

    Advice: Don'y buy this car!

I love the way the x-type looks and drives. It handles well and is comfortable. The problems with this car are that the interior parts such as the vanity mirrors, console, and vents are cheaply made. I have also have had major problems with the electrical system. My car has been in the shop with electrical problems for a month straight. No one knows what is wrong with it. My car is a 2004 with 30,500 miles on it. Thank goodness I got an extended warranty to 100,000. Whenever my car gets out of the shop, I plan to buy something else more reliable and that doesn't live in the shop.
