    2008 Infiniti G35x

    Wonderful Car

    Pros: overall value for money

    Cons: fuel economy

This is my 4th Infiniti - and when the lease is up htere will be a fifth. During this long time of ownership, I have, fortunately been problem free - the only visits are for scheduled maintenance. Pluses are: appearance, quality and integrity of hardware, cockpit layout, seat comfort, quality of sound system, simplicity of navigation system, reliability, power and driveability, Minuses are: fuel economy, and perhaps trunk space.

    2008 Infiniti G35x

    Germans are not the best

Pros: My nav. I could not even figure out how to use it in the Audi. With Infinite, it is purely intuitive and I can go anywhere without worrying I'll get lost.

Cons: I'd like a larger trunk

I was the proud owner of Audis for over 10 years. Then in 2008, when I was ready to replace my sedan with another, prices went up and performance went down with the Audi. I shopped around test driving six different manufacturers. I had never even heard of an Infiniti until I read the high ratings in several magazines. To my amazement, the Infiniti exceeded my criteria, except for gas mileage. I get 19.2 mpg, using my cruise control especially on highways. I continue to be amazed by the consistency of performance, great handling, comfortable seats, great nav, terrific braking and cornering. I always get compliments from the guys at the parking garage on the car's looks. It's definitely a guy car. I love my G35Sx.

    2006 Infiniti G35x

Infiniti G35x the best of all worlds

    Pros: Power

    Cons: Nothing-I love it all!

After driving a friends infinity G sedan, I liked it so I purchased one for myself. The Model I have is the all wheel drive G35x(now branded G37x) Infiniti blends luxury, handling and power better than most. I love the car's performance! My 2006 has 280 hp; the newer model has 330hp; trust me, these cars 'fly'! I've owned many luxury cars; but none were as fast ,nor looked and handled as well as my G for the money. I have paid 10 grand more for other comparable models which did not measure up to Infinity! My wife now loves the car; In fact ,we just got her The EX hatchback luxury Sedan that has a 297hp motor. We both cannot say enough about Infinity!

    2008 Infiniti G35x

    As good as it gets...

    Pros: Accelleration

    Cons: Nothing

Looking for M3 performance for $40,000. This is the car to own. Beautiful, comfortable, & sub 5 second 0-60 (in Sport Mode with some practice), this car is a beast.

    2005 Infiniti G35x - Base

    Pros: Performance AWD system.

    Cons: Gas mileage.

Advice: Upgrade to 235/50-17 tires on OEM rims; K&N oil and air filters; synthetic oil changes.

Buy It!! If you're looking for an AWD sports sedan that can seat 5 adults comfortably (domestic or import), stop looking! Surprisingly quick and agile in snow, rain, or shine. Infiniti build quality is reliable -- just make sure you maintain it like you should. Runs on regular gas, but best performance with premium. 215/55-17 OEM tires are OK, but upgrade asap - they are the performance limiting factor. I'm waiting to upgrade to 235/50-17 on my OEM rims. Stick w/ 17' rims if you're exposed to potholes alot. A little gas thirsty - averaging 17 mpg with my local and highway commuting, but it IS a Driver's car. Ride and road-feel are great for the DRIVER (the one who counts most in this car), passengers are less impressed.

    2006 Infiniti G35x - Base

    Pros: AWD

Cons: climate control that is difficult to fine tune

Advice: Drive everything else first and you will buy the G35.

I Purchased a G35X in September 2005. It is very stimulating to drive with outstanding acceleration. I have driven on completely snow covered roads and the AWD worked flawlessly and smoothly. Even in an empty snow covered parking lot, with hard acceleration and aggressive cornering, the car would not fishtail, slide or feel unsteady. The one downside is a complicated climate control system that is difficult to use. Overall I beleive this is an incredible car and a great value. It is equipped with an abundance of standard features that are pricey add-ons on other similar AWD cars.
