Getting firsthand information from an actual car owner is one sure way to get an idea of car performance once it leaves the lot. Autobytel features real consumer reviews that give the unbiased experience of a car.
Pros: Technological dash board.
Cons: Price. If viewed for what it's meant to be, and that is an in-town economy car, one can only say the Honda Insight is a winner. We average 38 to 42 actual mpg with only in town driving. If you have to drive on the highway everyday, this car is not for you. I hate to say it, but you'd prolly like the Prius much better on the open road.
An Excellent Vehicle
Pros: MPG, interior size is excellent relative to exterior dimensions.
Cons: Needing a front wheel bearing at 34k miles. The vehicle is comfortable and reliable. It's great on long trips. Blizzak tires in the winter cut down on fuel economy by 2 or 3 mpg, something I anticipated. Ethanol in gasoline cuts down mileage perhaps 6 to 10 percent, something that affects every driver (meaning that we are all subsidizing the ethanol industry with reduced mileage).
LOVE IT and 50mpg on trips .. surprising power
great gas saver
Pros: gas milage
Cons: variation of milage91000 & no problems except for cracked windshield-can't blame the car;average from 47-51,depending on weather
Pros: The looks and shape
Cons: hard toget in back seat.I also own a 2010 Ford Escape. I like the looks and the handleing of both vehicle
