it is a excellent station wagonvery good city and highway car plus mileage 20 tu 24 plus it is seven passenger
From Obscurity to Obsession
Pros: I have great visibility.
Cons: The upholstery collects my German Shepherd's hair.I had never heard of an Edge, just drove it on a whim and fell in love with the 'feel' of the auto. It is all quality all the time. There is a lot of room inside, room for family and friends and it performs on the highway like a champ.
Pros: the body style
Cons: didnt have third row seatA lot of leg room and space but would love it more if it had a third row seat
Pros: The ride of a car with the practical features of a SUV.
Cons: Gas milageThis is the first U.S. made car I've owned in 30 years. What a pleasent surprise.
Pros: The NAV/Sync system with MP3 jack.
Cons: The plastic cover attached to the 20 inch rims.Going from an SUV to this CUV is a great change. It feels sporty like a car, yet lots of room inside for comfort and ease of getting in and out with my back problems, (which is why I couldn't buy a sports car).
Great practical multi use vehicle
Pros: easy entry, comfortable seats, lots of storage for 'stuff', V-6 power.
Cons: I wish the mileage (17-23mpg) was a bit better.I use my 2004 Ford Escape for daily errands, occasional journeys to southern Calfornia from San Francisco, tow and launch my small sailboat every week in SF Bay... it has been trouble free, and ordinary maintenance has been reasonable.. just passed 2010 Smog requirement with great numbers. The seats are tall an comfortable, and the car is light and agile for city driving.. all in all a useful car for a wide range of needs.
Happy Flex owner- I love this car and the features
Pros: The Sync system, no gas cap needed and hearing cell calls over my speakers!!
Cons: No where to put my purse when I have a passenger. Wish back cargo window opened to quickly put in small items. Would have preferred 7 passenger instead of the 6 passenger. Obviously nothing major that I don't like about this car!I've had my Flex for just over a year after owning 3 Expeditions. Love the size and modern features, memory seats, steering wheel controls, roomy feel, better gas mileage, etc. It has more headroom than the Expedition. We opted for 6 captains chairs and I do miss the bench in the middle when I have a carload of kids. It's like driving a luxury car, but easier to maneuver than a bulky utility vehicle and saves on gas.
