Great practical multi use vehicle
Pros: easy entry, comfortable seats, lots of storage for 'stuff', V-6 power.
Cons: I wish the mileage (17-23mpg) was a bit better.I use my 2004 Ford Escape for daily errands, occasional journeys to southern Calfornia from San Francisco, tow and launch my small sailboat every week in SF Bay... it has been trouble free, and ordinary maintenance has been reasonable.. just passed 2010 Smog requirement with great numbers. The seats are tall an comfortable, and the car is light and agile for city driving.. all in all a useful car for a wide range of needs.
Great SUV !!
Pros: Seat comfort
Cons: Nav sysyem not up to the latest from Ford, etcMy 2008 Volvo XC-90 V-8 is a great car. Nobody makes more comfortable seats than Volvo. The vehicle is roomy, comfortable & solid. It handles well for an SUV & has decent performance. I recently averaged 25 mpg on a 600 mile trip. This is our 4th Volvo & we are never disappointed.
Great, comfortable car
Cons: quick acceleration - it's a little jarringI really like my SRX. I have previously driven sedans, and I like the extra height that this car offers. It is a very comfortable ride, but it handles surprisingly well. The amenities are wonderful!
Sheep in wolf,s clothing
Pros: comfort/throwing dirty stuff in back
Cons: that black cladding crap all over the backRides like a cloud, pulls like a bear passes everything but a gas station. The perfect vehicle for someone who is 6'2' and has a 35' inseam. I test fit lots of cars and trucks to see what is out there and I can't find anything that is more comfortable or easier to get in and out of.
Worst New Vehicle Ever
Pros: The seats.
Cons: The mileage, engine performance and the turning radius. We are so disappointed in the performance of the engine especially the mileage. We have never gotten close to the EPA rating either in town or on the highway, consistently falling at least 3 mpg lower. We have also encountered gas smells into the cabin from faulty gaskets, rough idling and a corporation that does not care. We went to the dealership four times and filed consumer complaints with Chrysler and only received minimal interest. We will never buy another Chrysler product and have told all of our friends about how disappointed we were.
good set of wheels
Cons: road noise, stuff that disappears between seat and center consoletaken several long trips. excellent ride and comfort. noisy tires, just got rid of them, did have 75K on the tires. plenty of power. great car
Happy Flex owner- I love this car and the features
Pros: The Sync system, no gas cap needed and hearing cell calls over my speakers!!
Cons: No where to put my purse when I have a passenger. Wish back cargo window opened to quickly put in small items. Would have preferred 7 passenger instead of the 6 passenger. Obviously nothing major that I don't like about this car!I've had my Flex for just over a year after owning 3 Expeditions. Love the size and modern features, memory seats, steering wheel controls, roomy feel, better gas mileage, etc. It has more headroom than the Expedition. We opted for 6 captains chairs and I do miss the bench in the middle when I have a carload of kids. It's like driving a luxury car, but easier to maneuver than a bulky utility vehicle and saves on gas.
