Considering a new Acura? These new Acura pictures will bring you solidly up to date with the entire lineup. Over the past couple of years, the brand that introduced Japanese luxury cars to North America has been steadily updating its portfolio of cars. The new Acura images at the Autobytel Website capture all of the changes and updates.

Created specifically for the American market, the oldest Japanese luxury brand in the U.S. was introduced in 1986, with two models: Legend and Integra. Acura immediately catapulted Honda into the stratosphere of automotive categories. In fact, both Lexus and Infiniti owe a debt of gratitude to Acura for proving North American car buyers would consider a product with a $20,000 price tag (equivalent to $42,000 today) from a Japanese brand.

Offered under the tagline, “Precision Crafted Performance”, the Acura Legend was an all-new front-wheel drive model. Based on a Japan-market Honda model called the Quint; where Legend was luxury oriented in the vein of Mercedes-Benz, Integra was performance oriented in the vein of BMW. Acura is also known for introducing the first Japanese exotic sports car, the NSX. The only rear-drive Acura product to date, the NSX was touted as the world’s first all-aluminum volume production car.

Within our collection of new Acura pictures you’ll find the newest version of that car as well. The new Acura photos you’ll find here have been carefully captured by the brand’s photographic staff and are specifically crafted to ensure you get the best views possible of all of the styling elements and interior features.
