Cons: 0great car
Pros: V6 Premier and interior features
Cons: Location of info and reset buttons and ventilation controlsA bargain for the price. 2010 is much improved from the 2007 I owned for 3 years. I am Disappointed Ford has discontinued the Mercury line.
Cons: some trouble with dash lighting. Our base model Marquis has excellent comfort, acceleration, and appearance. It has consistently averaged 27-30 mpg at 65-70mph. The purchase price, due to a $6000 rebate, was lower than most supposedly lower priced vehicles. I would strongly recommend this car to a friend.
Pros: This vehical doesn't have a favorite feature for me.
Cons: All the cost in repairs. The vehical has coat me lots money in repairs. The road noise is terrible for a van that cost over $30,000. A/C broke three times. Why would i recommend this vehicle to a friend an loose there friendship ? I could go on an on about this vehicle. I will use it as a junk vehicle, then scrap it rather than sell the trouble to someone else.
Cons: Gas mileage could be better. We bought this car new and we love it. We haven't had any problems with it. We love the space and the size of it, Ploenty of room.
All-around great car
Pros: Luxurious ride and 21 mpg city, 28 highway
Cons: No negativesAt 50,000 miles now, never had to have anytihng repaired, just normal maintenance. Previous car was Lincoln Continental and the Mercury was a better car. I've had Buick, Olds, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Toyota. Ford and this is the best. Now they no longer make them - what a shame
Lots of Bells and Whistles, But ...
Pros: Incredibly well-equipped vehicle ... small SUV bordering on the luxurious.
Cons: Gas mileage, noisy cabin. My '08 VOGA Edition (limited production model in the Premier series) looks fabulous, and for the most part is a very serviceable vehicle. A strong, well-performing V6, dual a/c, power seat, moonroof, leather (almost white), CD changer (which actually works!) are but a few amenities. The downside: gas mileage (overall just about 18 mpg), probably due to an antiquated 4 speed transmission (the newer models have a 6 speed); it's built on a truck platform, so the ride is a bit stiff; there always seems to be a rattle or creak (took 5 visits to find the most annoying one); not as quiet on the inside as previous SUV's I've owned. I've still got about half the warranty left, and will likely consider selling it just before it expires. Let's hope that when it becomes a Lincoln in '11, those negative issues will be addrssed.
