2005 Mercury Grand Marquis - LS Premium (200A)

    Pros: Comfort / Style

    Cons: Ashtray

Advice: Look around for the best price / dealers are willing to make good deals.

I've bought the 2005 Grand Marquis in March - it's a great car. So incredibly comfortable! I got a great deal on it, too. Before buying it I read a lot of reviews for this model. Many of them stated that (for the 2003 and 2004) the electric windows and seats would move too slow - I can't confirm that. They move just as fast and easy as they should. If I'd still smoke in the car, I definitely wouldn't like the ashtray. It's in between the two beverage holders, and therefore it would smell bad in the car most of the time, since it can't be closed seperately (besides, it's too small anyway). The rear lights and the grill make the car look much more luxurious (more like a Town Car) than you see on Ford's Crown Vic (same body). Don't let people tell you that you have to be retired to own one. If you step on the gas, this car will GO ... I'd recommend the Grand Marquis to anyone who wants a nice and comfortable car with good power. Enjoy the ride!

    2005 Mercury Grand Marquis - GS (100A)

    Pros: HANDLIND AND HORSEPOWER.

    Cons: WARRANTY.

    Advice: DRIVE IT.

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER !!!! BOUGHT THE BASE MODEL THAT STICKERED WITH A COUPLE OF EXTRAS FOR $ 25,353.00, I PAID $ 16,000.00. NO, THAT IS NOT A MISPRINT. I AM 53 AND I FIND THAT THIS CAR IS ANYTHING BUT ONLY FOR THE ' EARLY BIRD ' CROWD. THE CAR HANDLES BEAUTIFULLY, RIDES ON A CLOUD, HAS HORSEPOWER TO SPARE, IS VERY RESPONSIVE NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE THROTTLE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR WITH COMFORT, GOOD LOOKS, AND WILL PUT YOU FIRMLY AGANIST THE BACK OF THE SEAT WHEN YOU PUT THE PEDAL TO THE METAL, THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE. I LOVE DRIVING THIS CAR !!!!!!!
