Summary:
Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain model year 2003-2006 Mazda6, and model year 2004-2005 RX-8, MPV, and B-series vehicles originally sold, or ever registered, in geographic locations associated with high absolute humidity. Corrective Summary:
Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front passenger air bag inflators, free of charge. The recall began February 4, 2015. Owners may contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500. Mazda's number for this recall is 8114L. Note: This recall supersedes safety recall 14V-344 as to the front passenger air bag inflators.
