2003 Lincoln Navigator - Ultimate (220B) 4x4
Submitted on 10/9/2002 1:14:08 PM- Summary
Pros: Air Suspension and 4X4 systems
Cons: I don't like all the plastic trim. Just adds weight
Advice: BUY it
We love the new Navigator with the independant rear end. Went 4X4 last weekend and did figure 8s around two trucks stuck in the sand, and I did not have off the road tires. The 4 wheel low is really powerful with the all wheel drive (positraction). The navigaiton systems works exactly as promised. The room is great. We have 6 kids at home and use all the seats. The back seats can fit my 6' 4' son with 4 to 5 inches of head clearance and his knees do not hit the seat in front.

2003 Lincoln Navigator - Luxury (200A) 4x4

Pros: Great ride and engine performance
Cons: No cargo space with third row seat
Advice: Dont get the third row seat
The ride is great (with the air suspension system). The engine is powerful enough to outrun many cars on the road today while still being very quiet for its size. I've had very few minor mechanical issues with it, and no major problems at all. The car looks great, and attracts attention from other people. However, if you opt for the third row seat you'll be disappointed at the amount of cargo room left, none, so don't get the third row seat unless you'll be having more than four passengers at one time.

Pros: RIDE/POWER
Cons: CENTER CONSOL TAKES UP TOO MUCH ROOM
Advice: TRY THR EXPEDITION FIRST
BIG POWERFULL AND GENERALLY SPACIOUS ALTHOUGH CENTER CONSOLE TAKES UP A LOT OF HIP ROOM. DETAIL ITEMS; DOOR FIT,PAINT ETC DOESN'T MATCH UP TO HIGH STANDARD IMPORTS

Pros: If I can only name one I guess I would have to pick the remote tailgate
Cons: No backseat ashtrays
Advice: If you want a Luxury SUV Lincoln Makes it now
